So I stepped away for an hour hoping that things would look better when I come back. NYT is now saying Trump has an 87% chance of winning. OMG

Someone please tell me that I'm needlessly worrying and that Clinton will still win. How would Trump winning affect Canada?

You need to calm the fuck down! So all the minorities who voted for that dip shit are racist!?!? They secretly hate themselves, their kids, and their families!?

So now according to you all minorities who voted for Trump hate themselves.

I assume you're also saying all whites who voted for him are racists. They don't have their own political beliefs and they don't believe Hilary to be a liar and a weak canadit. They're just racist according to you. Fuck you.

Trump is a piece of shit. Hilary in my view is a weak as shit canadit and I voted for her. I'm Latino and part of me considered voting for Trump, am I secretly racist? KISS my ass with that whole who ever votes for Trump is racist bullshit!

I expect more from Gaf.

The answer to all of those questions in your post is YES. Anybody who supports Trump is supporting a racist, bigoted, misogynist platform built on white nationalism. Maybe they are just ignorant or don't care about racism, but that is just as bad. If you think Hillary is a weak candidate and don't want her to be president, DON'T VOTE FOR HER. That doesn't mean you HAVE to vote for Trump. It's not an either/or.

I wont lie, the idea the democrats could stay in power for 16 years kinda stood out as strange to me. I only saw such a thing possible is if Obama could run for 3 terms.

But that obviously wasn't going to happen since America made laws against that.

@ByronTau

With 99% reporting in Florida, Clinton trails Trump by 135,296 votes. Gary Johnson + Jill Stein = 266,208

That presumes those voter's alternatives would of been Clinton.

The real story is the inability for Hillary to offset Trump's base enthusiasm with some sort of equal counter-weight.

The good news is that developing countries are going to get a huge boost from a Trump presidency. Maybe? I dunno, I'm trying to see the silver lining here.

When you run for the Presidency of the USA, maybe the candidate should refrain from calling half of the country a "basket of deplorables".
