Can someone explain to me how poligaf said this was impossible and that Trump can't win?
It is. And many people have gotten banned for pointing that out
Bernie Sanders made a terrible mistake by giving Clinton a pass on her emails in that one debate, and almost giving her a pass to take that nomination. The Democratic party made a terrible mistake by standing so against Bernie. A large portion of the country is angry with how things are being done, left and right. It's why Bernie was so popular and why Trump may win tonight. If it was Bernie against Trump, we may be watching a completely different night unfold.
Like most folks in my area, we voted for Trump today just as we did in the primary. I haven't let that be a secret here. I went to two Trump rallies, posted pictures and went over my experiences at both last year. Hopefully now both sides can start to come together, slowly yet surely.
I feel for everyone that supported Clinton. With an election season this cold, bitter, negative, and just all around uncomfortable I don't like to see either side be so crushed. I just hope everyone from the top all the way down to anonymous folks on message boards can stand back and stop speaking so negatively of one another, and move forward. Not all Democrats are bad and rotten, not on Republicans are racists and bigots. If we all can't stand back and recognize that then no good will be done.
Welp, I can only hope at this point that Trump isn't as crazy as he has portrayed himself.
Remember, he used to be a Democrat and has been good friends with the Clinton's in the past. It's only recently that he "switched" to the Republican side.
Also, don't forget his own quote that if he ever ran for president, that he would do it as a Republican because "they're some of the stupidest people on the planet" (unless that was a fake quote)
So... there's hope? :
Also, fuck the DNC for not going for Bernie, who would have won this election handily (and kinda fuck Bernie for calling himself a 'socialist' when he isn't one).
Thankfully though, here in CO looks like we passed new propositions to allow unaffiliated voters (like me) actually vote in our primary...

Well said bro, I been attacked a lot, even in private emails from people i dont even know and its disgusting imho as i would never do that to someone else. I treat others like how i would like to be treated and thats elementary stuff to be frank.
Any GOP candidate would be labeled a racist; see Romney. So what more exactly did they have to lose? No. Either you vote for the racist, or you don't.
Polarization happened because one side made racism a part of its strategy, and at no point did that deserve to be treated with the legitimacy that it got.
There was nothing he didn't do to make sure everyone knew a vote for Hillary was a vote for him.Trump won Wisconsin.
Trump didn't even win Wisconsin in the Primary.
What a disaster of a candidate Hillary is. Too late to give Obama a third term?
So. How about the Impeachment option?
Yep. This can't be glossed over. We might get cheap games in Canada, but we're still fucked over by climate change with the rest of the world. It makes watching 'Before the Flood' last week that much more painful.Seriously, this is an actual potential end of the world scenario. The Republican government is going to ignore the climate change agreement, we are ALL fucked.
Nope because the American people are fed up with the establishment that these people were pushing. I don't like Trump as a person but he represents us Americans who are tire of the status quo and corruption in the US government. He will America great again like it should be.
Bernie was the ACTUAL one that spoke to the ACTUAL wants of the American people. After a movement as large as Occupy Wall Street he's the easy choice. Instead Americans picked the retarded incest-bred cousin of Bernie in Trump. They lapped up Trump like he was Bernie but he's going to be greedier than any politician ever.

this is one of the worst nights in my life . I have a horrible feeling in my heart.
CNN is in a complete panic, haven't seen them like this.
Guys this isn't Brexit 2.0.
This is much much worse than Brexit.
This. For as bad as Trump is, people seriously do not like Clinton.2008: Hillary with crazy bad unapprovals, was beaten by a complete nobody (Obama)
2016: Hillary, with crazy bad unapprovals, was beating by a racist, ignorant, revolting nobody
LET'S NOMINATE HER IN 2020 AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS.
HOLY FUCKING SHIT how much louder does the country have to say "WE DON'T WANT HILLARY CLINTON!"
Yep. Its pretty crazy how so many people were in one apparently. It was the same thing as the primaries, only even the polls were in on it this time.Look up the word echo chamber

Johnson probably stole more from Trump than Clinton. Stein though, that's all Clinton.

This isn't news, honestly.
Cite please? You do realize there are more LBGT deaths going than americans dying in the civil war.
What does this result mean for gay marriage?
What explains people who voted for Obama, maybe even twice, not voting for Hillary? Racism? Sexism, even though many of these people are women?
