Woah - I'm not at all trying to draw comparisons between what minorities have to go through every day. It's tragic and heartbreaking, which is why I'm all for snuffing out hateful racial comments! And the mods do a wonderful job of taking care of that for minority groups, which is absolutely to the benefit of this site - but I think racism should be a zero-tolerance game, no matter who it's aimed at, and that's an area I definitely see room for improvement for here.
It's better to speak up and hopefully have it addressed than just pretending it's okay. You don't have to tear entire groups of people down in an attempt to build others up.
Trump's victory is a travesty, but the people who voted for him did so on their own volition, and not because the color of their skin makes them an inherently flawed person.

Blame the media for chasing the dollars and accidentally blowing Trump up during the primaries by focusing many -against- the media.
Blame Trump for playing the modern media game right.
Blame Hillary for being an absolutely terrible candidate.
Blame the DNC for their actions against Bernie.
Blame the hate in both directions which made this election possible.
Blame our broken system which constantly pushes people to vote for candidates which they actively hate, simply because the other possibility is even worse. It's been a race to the bottom for decades, and this is the culmination of it.

I haven't had a president represent me in decades. I blame modern, two party, American democracy. Putting forth candidates that half the country hates, over and over again, is not how you keep a political system healthy... but it is how you keep people from voting third party.

Exactly, I'm as far away as a Trump support but the OT side was absolutely unreadable for me.
Each and every time I saw a poster voicing concern about Clinton or even support for Trump he got dog pilled on.

It's much more correct to say "fuck trump supporters/republicans" than fuck white people because plenty of white people did not vote for him. And plenty of non-white people didn't vote for her or voted for him.
