No one else would get away with showing a vague concept without a shred of gameplay.

So my unpopular opinion is that Kojima gets cut way too much slack. Dude just chose an engine and is out showing these trailers just to drum up hype. It's empty and I think it'll backfire.

Gameplay, really? Crazy looking graphics with over the top trailers is what Kojima does and what people love. After watching that trailer I hope means this game is going to be cutscene heavy.

It's not happening. He said that original reveal was "real time" as well when it was absolutely not, due to the utterly pristine image quality and very obviously pre rendered lighting (evidenced by the point perfect shadows and translucency rendering on the crabs in the sand)

That wasn't his fault. That version was probably possible on the console he had at the time. PS4 pro is out and his team knows what they're making it for.
