Still kinda stunned that RE7 is out already. Just seems so... random. Like they're farting this thing out. Also isn't the slightest bit interesting to me, which, as a long time RE fan, makes me sad.

I'll get RE7 later, not in the mood for a horror game atm. As for KH 2.8, I could honestly care less about it right now. Might grab it later once the other collection comes out and them play everything sequentially, but for now? Nah. GR2 I'll get later. I want to play it, but it's no day 1 purchase for me.

Definitely getting Yakuza 0, I need my yearly dose of video game manliness. *Might* pick up Tales, but I'm waiting on reviews... Zestiria was a big disappointment for me.

What the fuck is who thinking? The release dates for these games weren't decided by one person and only one (RE7) is a mass market game. KH2.8 is a port. The other games have their own niche audience, some bigger than others. Also, it's really only a busy week if you own a PS4. If you're a XB1, PC, or 3DS only gamer, it's not really a busy week at all.

4 franchises I love (I hate KH) getting new entries and I can't afford a single one, let alone all 4. I can't belive I'm not getting Yakuza and GR2 on day 1 but the wallet can't take it.
I'm struggling to finish the games I bought last year anyway.

Trying out Yakuza for the 1st time thanks to the (many) fine threads on GAF (and it helps that it's already been out for a while, so viewing some videos and reading some reviews makes it a "known quantity").

Getting 2.8 because I'm a huge KH fan and that's a known quantity as well.

RE7, GR2. Have every RE, but don't love first-person view while gaming (nor am I a fan of jump scares). Will be happy to see a lot more of that gameplay and story before making a decision. Haven't played GR so would start with the original remastered if impressions on GR2 come back very positively.

The others don't interest me either due to unfamiliarity or trying out other games in the respective series and not enjoying them.

... and then of course there's Nioh and Nier (and maybe even Horizon) in the following weeks... usually I only buy about 2 or 3 new games a year... what the hell is going on 2017?!?!?!

I'm getting Tales of Berseria because I have not missed a Tales Collector's Edition since Vesparia and I might get Kingdom Hearts but that's looking less likely by the day.

I'm only just finishing Yakuza 2 and have the PS3 entries to play through, but I'll be supporting Yakuza 0 day 1, too.

I'm going to wait and see with Resident Evil 7.

Zestiria absolutely murdered any enthusiasm I had left for the Tales series, so Beseria is an easy skip from me.

Overall great month, though. I'm not familiar with DQ, but I'll be giving DQVIII a shot, as well.
