I think y'all gotta remember - the Nintendo parts surely must have been scripted/rehearsed prior to this, so the translator can - quite comfortably - translate live, providing the Nintendo presenters stick to the script. But the guests must be loosely planned, and quite improvised, so he really has to listen and try to translate on the fly - as much as humanly possible. Give him a break!
