I don't know why people even though they would recycle the model. The story only models obviously didn't have the complexity of the other full fledged characters.

Her super is Kula's Climax super from KOFXIV lol.

She also seems to have Terry's burn knuckle (though in this case it's an ice knuckle I guess).

I expected more ice usage tbh but she doesn't look half bad so far.

She really looks like SF's version of Kula lol. The Lupe track was smooth

People were calling Kolin/Helen as one of the characters as soon as we saw the silhouettes.

I am like 99% sure Azam will be one of them too.

Now that we know existing characters fall under the umbrella of completely new, I'm also going to go on a limb and say the second last character is the doll with the same hair.

She's existed in the games since 1999, that's how it's not completely new.

Kind of weird to call her a waste a spot, when she's dlc. We do know at least 4 new characters are coming this year.
