Didn't everyone already know Leela was a mutant? She got a pass from the mayor to let her parents come to the surface once, so shouldn't it be on record that she was a mutant too?

Err, wouldn't the people who complain about plot holes also complain about their not knowing about the wheel when they went to Mom's shack to stop the robot invasion?

"Show us this... 'The Wheel'..."

I admit I did think about the transmission speed as I saw it just now, though.

I'm liking this new episode so far, though.

Edit:
ICBM :lol

Caught up on my dvr. Had to watch the buckeyes win.

Great episode. Bender bending Amy at the end was funny. But I thought Leala got some kind of exemption from the mayor to live on the surface?

It is a cartoon:lol :lol :lol ep is awesome newb:lol :lol :lol I love my familyrama

Fucking brilliant. It's being consistently awesome now for at least the last half of this season.

I loved this finale. The first 5 minutes or so were hilarious, a few clever easter egg references, and a big change in the world of Futurama for the next season. I even liked the hilarious deus ex machina with the ending.

wait.. that was the season finale? i thought there was supposed to be 20something episodes?
I think Comedy Central ordered 24 episodes, but they are being split across two seasons.

I have to say I was disappointed they didn't use Judge Whitey at all. He's one of my absolute favorite sub-characters from the show and it was the perfect plotline for him to get in on the action. I got excited when they had him at Fry's table during the benefit, but it never paid off.

The professor's hand-slap of Fry was amazing :lol Devo was a great cameo, too.

Can't believe the "season" is over already. A fucking perfect return to form. Sorry for expecting the worst, David X. & Co., I'll never doubt you again.

That was a fantastic comeback season. I'm really glad Futurama recovered it's magic. There were so many people crying at the start of the season. I can't imagine anybody still being upset after the string of remarkable episodes. "The Late Philip J. Fry" and "The Prisoner of Benda" are two of my all time favorite Futurama episodes. And the recent 100th episode, "The Mutants Are Revolting," was delightful.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to the holiday fluff episode and I really can't wait for some proper new episodes next season! TV is just so good with Futurama. The Dark Ages are over.

Pretty nice episode.

I'm feeling like this is the order of things for me.
Season 3 > Season 2 > Season 4 > Season 6 > Season 1 >>> Season 5
there's six seasons? How does that get combined in the four volumes on netflix or are they missing some (minus the newest season)?

So it might be a little early to be asking, but does anyone know if CC intends to purchase more of the show? It'd kind of suck to only get two more seasons if they can continue pumping them out at this level.

Seasons 1-4 are the tv show. Season 5 is the movies. Season 6 is what we just watched.

the 13th episode is Holiday themed and will air on November 11th if plans don't change. All 13 episode will be released in a box set in December, then starting in summer we get another season.
