They don't give you any reason to care. They set the Cruiserweights apart from Raw with different ropes and a separate announce team, basically signalling it's different and not as good (it's not, against all odds and my extremely low expectations of Raw). Plus, you have to watch 205 to see the stories progress and that's a tough ask of an audience you already want to watch 8 hours of wrestling this week between Fastlane, Raw and Smackdown.
