Reminder that there's a watchtower stream tomorrow with Robin gameplay + some other character, i can see it being Ivy. The day after that there's a new reveal.

Pretty sure they said Ivy wasn't the other character and that she'd be featured on her own stream later on down the line.
 
Want Black Adam this Thursday but I'm expecting Scarecrow or Cold revealed first. Leaning toward Cold since they went ahead and showed him in the last trailer, albeit briefly.
 
Can someone make a thread about the region free etc stuff after? I would but I'm feeling kinda sick and think I'll head to bed and catch up tomorrow.
 
These streams aren't bad, but the cringeyness is so unnecessary. Dude on the right with the faux-hawk is trying so hard to be the center of attention.

Edit: I really like the Robin alts without the hood, looks much better to me. I wonder if there will be any gear pieces for the sword that change it to a pole
 
I could cry. We can all play together T.T ...

And also Robin is sick as hell.

He'll be my second main for when I get bored of Superman. Aka 4 minutes after launching the game.
 
No stream next week, unfortunately.

Robin seems hella fun. I love how Dr. Fate looks, his effects and so on but i'm not that much into his playstyle.

Some questions they answered:
-No collectors edition with a statue.
-You can earn Gear, Shaders and "other fun surprises" in Story.
-You cannot wear Gear in Story Mode.
-You cannot earn Gear in Local VS, Training Mode (duh) and Single Fight VS CPU. So basically do their Tower/Arcade Mode, play Online or Story. Probably some other mode too.
-A new "hot seat" mode for online play. Think King of the Hill, you set up a room, invite people, expect that you always keep playing and wont drop out. Seems to be mostly for streamers/youtubers.

I really dislike the inability to earn gear in local vs.

So my bro needs to play survivor mode then I need to play it too just to have cool gear instead of us just earning and improving together? Lame

Does the whole system need to be protected THAT strongly from exploitation. Most people wont even be playing online seriously with gear effects
 
I love Swamp Thing's stage. Too bad they didn't do a stage transition. Maybe that was intentional? or maybe it doesn't have one. I think they said not all do.
 
You can't wear gear in story mode? Many pieces of gear earned during the beta had bonuses that applied only to story mode.

Edit: Looking back, the "level 3" gear bonuses were for single-player only actually.

This seems really strange. Especially with the "Every battle defines you" tag line.
 
Just caught up to the latest Watchtower stream.

Man, Dr. Fate is looking amazing. Might actually play both him and Poison ivy :D

Not sure if that's the case across the entire US though. My account is based in Florida, and I haven't gotten a notification like that yet.

I also haven't made any transactions in that account through credit card/bank/paypal though. It's always been pre-paid cards.
 
Not much longer until the next trailer should drop. Hoping for Black Adam to show up, expecting a real Captain Cold reveal + Scarecrow.
