Would've preferred both games on one cart really.

Are these seperate releases for 25 dollar a piece? (Plus 15 dollar to send them to the Netherlands)...

Why seperate, if so? They can fit 20 times both on one cartridge?!

Because they are 2 different games. Super challenge is a spinoff that was released in 2016. It's not DLC or anything.

So is Sly collection, or every other collection on Vita.

I enjoyed these games on 3ds and Vita. They are fun, but small games.... they should consider putting them in a collection like Steamworld collection on WiiU.

You can't put multiple games on one Vita cartridge/PS4 disc the way you can on a PS3 disc. It would require developing a "new" game that lets you choose between the two after launching it, and that means spending time and money getting approval from Sony.

You mean adding a menu?

But, again, why not go for a 2-disc set then?

I'm really interested in the Ys Origin Collector’s Edition. Hopefully I'll be able to get a copy. Is this version also going to include Chinese and Japanese like the Asian Version?

Ys Origin and Risk of Rain are musts! RoR was incredible on Steam, super underrated!

I can imagine it would be hard to play on the Vita due to the tiny screen and tiny sprites. I might have to check some Vita gameplay, anyone tried the Vita version?

I think a couple folks have begged, but can we please get the Ys Origin release as a preorder campaign akin to Silver Case and Skullgirls? Judging by Steam and other releases of the series, I imagine the demand is high for this title, especially a CE. I think even just looking at Gaf there have been a lot of posts alternating between wanting to purchase it and fearing they will miss the opportunity to purchase it. Hell, by 10:03am EST last Friday Astebreed was at 8% stock left, I imagine Ys will go much quicker. If LRG can pull a preorder campaign for Silver Case and Skullgirls, can they pull one for Ys both regular and CE for both systems (I also wouldnt mind a bundle package like for Skullgirls which is what I preordered).

Yeah, this kind of hurts. $100 bucks for Mutant Mudds to keep the collection complete. :(

So far I have purchased every single LRG game. This release makes me think I should break the chain and only buy games I actually want from now on.

I wish LRG would at least reconsider the subscription idea for people who buy all releases.

Looks and runs great on the Vita. Never had any issues with it myself, I managed to go on several great runs and get all the trophies in the game. Its an incredibly fun game, so glad its getting a physical release :)

Also glad to see Ys and Mutant Mudds coming. I really enjoy the Ys series, and the Mutant Mudds games are fun little platformers so its a win all round in terms of game announcements today for me!

Fantastic news that LRG got Ys signed!

I'm not that interested in the CE myself so I'll be sticking with my existing Play-Asia order, but I can't imagine LRG having any issue moving all their copies in a flash. Definitely interested in Risk of Rain though; that's something I've been interested in for a while now with all the positive buzz it gets from folk.

I really don't mind the Kickstarters, but maybe that's just me. I like the combo of backing a game and having a nice LRG release with no hassle to go with it. I totally understand why some people don't, though.

They've picked some awesome ones to partner with. Hell, I was already a Mages backer :)

Huh, I'm surprised they are working with Dan Adelman after what we heard about Axiom Verge.

But I'm glad for them either way. Haven't gotten into Ys, but Origin might be a good start, yes? And I'm a fan of Mutant Mudds, but I've purchased Deluxe a few times already...Super Challenge I'm likely gunna jump on though.

Origin is great, one of the best games in the series along with Felghana (IMO, some people like the newer style better). Better to play 1 and 2 first but those are harder to get into since even the "modern" versions are still retro games, and Origin is still fine on it's own. Would recommend 1 and 2 if you are interested though, they are still good if not modern (especially 2, my next favorite after Origin and Felghana).

A physical copy/limited edition for Ys Origin is tempting, but ultimately I don't feel like it's worth it for me. Already have Origin on PC so I'd never even open the box for a console copy. Hardly worth spending the effort fighting to preorder it on top of the money effectively wasted buying a game I don't even want to play.

That 2k will be split between the batches too.
Really low quantity... going to be tough.

Authenticate a couple minutes before it goes live.

No, no, even after logging in to PayPal beforehand. It still takes a good deal after pressing checkout to actually go through PayPal's authentication "spinning circle".

I wonder if Paypal checkout is the fastest way for this.

I lose 10-20 seconds on authentication every time.

Starting to think the same. Even if I log in before I checkout, it still asks me for my phone number even though they already have it. The number is on both LRG and PayPal and there's only 1 address on both (and it's the same). I wonder why it does that...

let me know how it goes!

Hehe, same...

Just got a refund from Play-Asia. They sent me a reply with a :( asking me if I wanted to change the order to something else but I told them no and then not even 3 minutes later, I got a refund email from PayPal.

I'd glad they didn't put up too much of a fight because I'd rather give the money to LRG, even if it costs me a little bit more. :)
