GAF would go down for days.

Hope they give a few minutes to VR. No awkward stage demos, just an update on sales and then show some new gameplay demos. New VR controllers and an updated box which pass HDR would be very welcome though.

Hoping we see some stuff from games coming out this year.

But some more stuff from God of War and Spider-man would be ideal for me.

2am again. They do it at this time as Americans get off from work and do the theatre thing.

I will book the day off work. Once a year so might as well treat myself.

Might order in a Pizza and watch the Assassin's Creed movie (can't be as bad as an EA conference... Right?)

Ubisoft conference at 11pm than Sony's.

At least this conference will have plenty of time for pee breaks, COD gameplay, Destiny 2 gameplay, Star Wars gameplay and Spider-Man gameplay

I think some stuff coming out this year (GT Sport, Knack 2 and Uncharted Legacy) will be before E3 and some stuff (Detroit and Dreams) during the conference.

Fake rumors left and right month, it's gonna be fun.

Also, any chance for a multiplatform game opening? I was thinking about Red Dead Redemption 2.

I want to know at which conference will the console version of PlayerUnknown's BattleGround will be announced...MS or Sony?

Agreed. Do not want any awkward long live demos for it but want some new game announcements with hopefully at least a couple of new big trailers for some sizable new VR games like how they announced Farpoint last year.

In the middle of the night, like usual. I should be used to it by now, but it's still a bummer. Pretty sure I have a big meeting the following day too, so staying up is not an option!

I've gone to the E3 Experience in theaters for the past three years and had an amazing time at every one. I love that it's my new E3 tradition! Especially with my birthday always being within a day or on it. Nothing but celebration and excitement for me during that time. (Which is great when you're grappling with the reality of your impending mortality.)

Can't wait to do it again this year!

If we go by retrospective they will open the exact same way they opened the last two

1st - Gameplay reveal of beloved IP
2nd - Gameplay reveal of new IP

2015
1st - TLG
2nd - Horizon

2016
1st - God Of War
2nd - Days Gone

Great! :) It's going to be awesome as usual.
I wonder if we will see a brand new, so far unannounced exclusive from Sony.
God of War, Spider-Man, Days Gone, TLoU2, UC:TLL, Gran Turismo S and Detroit are all great but I live for the big surprises.

I don't want dmc5 wasting a space at Sony's conference especially if it isn't exclusive if it did it'll likely be fake exclusive like also on PC lol
Plus it was never good only dmc3 is decent

And people say opinions can't be wrong...
DMC5 would be more exciting than any of the Sony exclusive franchises.

Also, only console warrior fanboys care about exclusives being 'fake'.

2-Gameplay reveal of new IP

Last two were The Last Guardian and God of War, you meant TLG as a new ip?

If a new ip is likely I would imagine Sucker Punch, it depends on how appealing it is. Otherwise I don't know... maybe Bloodborne 2 but I'm measuring my hopes.

How were the openings of previous conferences (I mean 2014/13)? I can't remember.

Sony and Nintendo are gonna have a great e3 conference/digital event. I can see Microsoft just being a wet fart at e3.

I know some people are complaining about the time, but nobody will ever get a perfect time for everyone in the world. It's an American conference and will focus on their timing first.

I'm sure a good chunk will be dedicated to Activision games but as long as they start with a big new game and most importantly end with one too it will top last year which ended with a second showing for Days Gone.

no, TLG was the beloved IP

1 and 2 is the order of the games in the presentation

2015
1-TLG
2-Horizon

2016
1-God Of War
2-Days Gone

Not the Shrine again. :( Basically guarantees us normies won't get in. When they did it at the Stadium two years ago for the VII remake reveal, it was super awesome, free food trucks and open bars outside of the venue and plenty of space inside.

What could Sony be planning? I really hope they don't get complacent. This is an opportunity to really dig in and set the pace for them. Software/services.

An example is PSN although improved it not intuitive when it comes to getting in and out while gaming. Having to go the the profile to friend request someone in Destiny should be way easier with less steps.

Hopefully we get some surprises.

Looking forward to this Show?
