Can't be real.
MS isn't this stupid
This thing is DEAD in Canada.
Did he hurt your favorite piece of plastic? Relax buddy
Yep.
If 499 is a lot for you, this console wasn't built for you. Simple as that.
It's a premium console. Always has been.
No they think it won't be a success with that extra cost much like the PS3 originally.
So, let me get this straight...
people in here actually think that
- 10% more CPU Power
- 50% more GPU Power
- 50% more RAM
- 50% more Bandwidth
- UHD Blu-ray instead of a regular Drive
in comparison to a PS4 Pro will come at no extra cost whatsoever?
Geoff is cunt trying to kill the hype
I'm saying we're tier 1 xD
DOA price
Unless they like...have something magical packed-in
One thing has become clear over the last few days...
A lot of people have made this console a lot of things that it is not. If you are disappointed you only have yourself to blame.
He/Microsoft succeeded.Nice try Geoff, nice try.
So $700 Canadian. Cool.
You know the Pro has been out for a year at that point, rightSo, let me get this straight...

Yeah I'm going with this is a stunt.
Five hundred ninety nine US dollars.
The pro hasn't dropped in price yet?You know the Pro has been out for a year at that point, right
So you're saying
This console is for BIG BALLERS only?
I'm in
The writing was on the wall since its announcement.
MS always said this was a premium device that comes at a premium price.
.
"Unless something changes today"
Of course it will, lol. Ya'll being played like a fiddle.
To be fair, we'd like to think that Geoff Keighley wouldn't be making such a weighty claim in public without some sort of official confirmation from Microsoft.
I refuse to believe that they need to "test the waters" and "gauge reaction" for a $500 price tag. They have to know it's going to cause a negative reaction without needing any testing.
