Does console launch exclusive just mean that it wont be coming to PS4 for a few months? I wish they would top just calling everything "Exclusive!"

It means the same as when Sony says "coming first to console on PS4". Launching on that console, may (or may not, but no contractual obligation not to) come to others later.
