Sony just needs to show some gameplay of their upcoming games like GoW and Spider-Man and they'll already beat MS. Hopefully they have some new features or push the PS4 pro a bit more and I'll probably end up with one of them too.

Save E3, Sony/Nintendo. So far, except for Metro and Anthem, it's been boring. Some games looked good though (Ori, The Last Night, some indie games), but nothing "awww yeaahhh" except fro Metro and Anthem.

Actually, so far for me, Metro is the best thing so far into E3.

And did exactly what they needed to do. I don't own an Xbox One but i feel like i should now. They showed all the great things about their platform. Not only that but most of what they showed was to be released in the near future and all looked great. I get that for some people it might not be their thing but to call it very bad is a stretch, that or you had astronomical expectations.

People like to overreact, it's not bad, it was pretty solid. The main issue is that they don't have enough exclusives, I mean real exclusives, despite saying they had 22, most of them are timed exclusive so it's a bit meh from my perspective. Didn't convince me to get an Xbox One X, I don't care for 4K.

Sony going to need to hit a home run to beat MS

Lmao.

It was bad man, compared to Sony it's not even in the same league.

Most of the games that can be play on PS4 and PC. Phil opened his check book for launch exclusives, even when he said MS gonna stop doing that. Sony also does these exclusives deals stuff, but you dont see their executives come out and said they gonna stop doing it. Also, new IPs as in SOT. Of course, people gonna be dissapointed.

Not sure what's going to be showing, but I'll definitely check into GAF to see how Sony did (I'll be at work during the actual conference time.

Hopefully it goes well.

But you can still have disliked it without being salty.

FWIW, it was a solid 7 to me.

They don't have to drop the prices at all, maybe the PS VR but that's it, the key to success is:

Exclusive games, and they will bring it.

Damn, well then next thing I need is Spyro HD collection then.

I am thinking they will wait to see how Crash does first.

Specifically mentioning '22 exclusives' killed it, I think. Sounds impressive but when we're shown that it's only timed exclusivity literally straight after it just made Phil seem ridiculous.

Exactly. They presented it implying those games where exclusive but most are timed exclusives. Honestly where are there AAA games for the scorpio. Console exclusives are what it is all about in terms of making beautiful games.

But Sony does the same thing, so let's not get crazy here.

Ya'll don't realize that complaining about exclusives 24/7 is just going to make MS focus on that for E3's to come, just like the faux complaining about "power" and "1080p" made them focus on Scorpio.

You gotta admit: Metro, Forza and Anthem looked mind-blowingly good. Ori and Ashen stole the show for me personally and I wish they would come to the Switch (not port-begging, it's just I'm going to be stationed overseas with only my Switch for 1yr+ and I'm going to miss out on those games).

Solid MS conference but the price for the XBOX is tad too high. Hardcores will buy all they can make this year of course but after that we'll see. Lots of games too but nothing to say hey jump and buy into the XBOX YET.

Sony doesn't have much to worry about for the foreseeable future.

What the hell are you even talking about? That conference was a borefest.

Spyro collection would be incredible. Although I will say for ps1 games, the original Spyro games still hold up.

Literally all Sony has to do is show off one single player AAA game and they will have had a much better conference then Xbox.

I think Microsoft did what they had to do and came with it. Sure it could have been better (lower X1X price and maybe 1-2 bigger league exclusives) but they hey did well.

B is my rating for their conference.

As for Sony, they'll come with the games. If they give me a cheaper price on the Pro and more surprises then shit I'll probably rate them better. It all depends how great the exclusives and extras are. That's all they need to be about. Same with Nintendo. Overall I think this E3 will be the best for all 3 companies as a collective. As a gamer, we're in great hands.

Even as an avid Xbox owner, probably 4 games stood out for me.
- Black Desert
- Anthem
- Ori
- Mordor
- State of Decay 2

but the Xbox backwards compatible is a very nice surprise, something I wish Sony did from the bloody start.

Thats it. The console price is a joke at $500, so would be interesting how it sells.

Sony will have no trouble destroying MS at E3 if they bring their A game like last year.

at this point i'm actually afraid sony will take stuff of their conference because that conference won't be hard to top. like at all. :/
