Crash Bandicoot: N.Sane Trilogy |OT| N.Teresting and N.Tertaining N.Fographics With-N

I'm not sure if they fixed it in the remaster, but in the original PSone release there was a glitch that would allow you to complete that level fairly easily by just jumping/running along the rope. It's obviously cheating, but if you want to get past the level then that's one way if it still works.

Thank youuu

I don't think that it still works, it's the first thing i've tried hehe :(

There must be a shortcut in the Generator Room level that I'm missing. This is the first platinum relic time that has truly stumped me.

The timing of obstacles is so inconsistent, really sucks the fun out of time trials :/

I think I know. You can die at the last jump (it was either spikes or the animal spinning), and it projects you onto the finish. I bet that's how they did it. Not 100% sure though.
Ah interesting, might try that

I can imagine Crash 1 and Crash 2 time trials to be a bit ehhh because those games originally weren't designed with that mind back in the day.

This has to be one of my favorite things I've gotten. So cool.

I need help folks, I'm 44/45 boxes on The High Road and I can't work out what one I'm missing. It's probably really obvious but I don't want to look up a video guide. Does anybody know which one it could be or if this is a common one to miss? I obviously have the four from the platform behind the start. Moving on to Slippery Climb in the meantime.

EDIT: Never mind found it :/

D-pad ! Analog are not precise enough for this game made for D-pad !

Just realized that myself. I was automatically going to analog but then I switched to d-pad and I'm good. I've been using analog for games for so long I forgot that when I played Crash 1 we just used the d-pad lmao.

Just going to gush again about how amazing this remaster is. Like I don't know whose idea it was and whose idea it also was to put such a stunning level of effort into it, but oh my god this is a 90s love letter and it's just the best.

Spent fucking ages trying to get the key in Jaws of Darkness only to lose all my lives to a bug at the very end. The rocks that come out from the wall and smash together were just repeatedly killing me, even when I was nowhere near them. I just spawned, got crushed, respawned and died again until all my lives were gone.

Picked up the game from Target. Was the second to last copy. It's a quiet Target, so I was surprised to hear that. One of the other employees mentioned how popular that game has been for them today.
Sounds successful so far! Can't wait to jump in.

I've got the key without problems, but jumped immediatly in the portal without taking the key lol.

Did they change the save system from Crash 1?

Yes.

Never played a crash game and I'm enjoying what I'm playing so far. But damn crash 1 isn't that great. Makes me laugh that they had crash talking shit outside Nintendo when this game can't even compare to Mario 64.
