This argument is fucking retarded. The mere fact that you guys are discussing whether Griffin is better than either A'm'a'r'e or Christina at age 21 is testament to how good he is.

I can see the comparisons with Amare, but Bosh is a totally different kind of player. He also came on slower than Griff has, he wasn't performing on-court sex change operations on Knick centers in his rookie year.

There's no argument.

Bosh for the season is 16.8 pts and 6.7 rebounds.
Griffin is 16.5 pts and 10.5 rebounds.

But the fact is, the kid had one jaw dropping game, and has been insanely inconsistant.

:lol :lol :lol

Griffin has not even had a single digit scoring game yet. In 14 games he's had 7 double doubles. How many does your golden boy have? How about 1 rebound games?

Apparently some people didn't know Griffin was legit. I'd like to see him develop a jumper though, then he will truly be neo-Malone.

Oh please, Griffith is nowhere near the ADVANCED STAT MONSTER Amir Johnson is.

Good thing star players on non-Heat teams actually develop their games during the course of their careers.

Miami would KILL to trade Blake for Bosh, straight up but they know that Bosh has delicate feelings, so they would never tell him that.

Oh I agree. Amir >>> Griffin > Bosh. I don't know why Blackface is still on the Chris Bosh defense force when his team already has Amir.

He could always follow Odom's career path, you know. ;)

I am not even arguing like Blake is bad, but don't compare the situation he is in with the situation Bosh is in right now. It's not even worth arguing about. We all know what Bosh did when he was the man on his team. He has proven himself. Let Blake gets through one year first. He will be a beast this isn't in question. Saying he is better then a guy who has proven himself year in year out is just dumb.

It's been a few weeks and I can't call this Miami team mWo any longer.

The nWo absolutely took over and dominated wrestling--they didn't come to wCw and become middle of the road players.

Maybe one day Stern will write a better angle for them but until then, they'll be NXT to me.

We are wild and young...
We have just begun...

So slow it down,
you move a little too fast...
You take a deep breath,
you make this last,
These should be the best days of your life (So right, so right, tonight)

I said we are wild and young...
Oh, we are wild and young...

Well, our free fall came a little out of the blue,
What happened to Stern letting us do what we wanted to do?

Slow it down...
Slow it down...

Well, we should kick back,
and getta have a little fun,
Three stars beating teams,
and having NBA Championship runs,

Slow it down...
Slow it down...

Just watched the Knicks replay. Blake is a monster, someone needs to save him from the Clippers. :(

But he lost the game when he dunked on Gallo in the third. lol He should have just layed it up. You can't piss that kid off or try to punk him. The Celtics and the Nuggets learned last year and Griffin learned last night after Gallo dropped 17 (didn't miss) in the 4th and won the game.

Great games from Stat and Failton too. But...

Gordon finished with 25 points did have on monster dunk on Mozgov, who was clearly rattled by the dunks he allowed, with coach Mike D'Antoni actually telling the media to refrain from asking him about it.

Damn Moz...

I just noticed on his dunk on Mozgov, did griffin put his hand on the back of mozgov's head before he dunked? :lol
Offensive foul, how can someone be allowed to use a player as a prop is beyond me. Also, it was as much of a dunk as D12's Superman throw in.

7/10

If he had actually gotten rim and knocked him down sans the head hg it would have been top 5 of all-time. As it stands, it's ok.

OKC will be happy to bring him back to his hometown after a few years of Sterling/Del Negro futility.

Westbrook
Harden
Durant
Griffin
Ibaka

Yes please.

Harrison Barnes hype is dying really fast. Now people are realizing that he's laterally slow and doesn't have a killer instinct. Irving and Sullinger are the top players IMO.

I'm going to reach back into the archives:

People getting exposed, sub-par matches, etc. 8-5 is like a decent cable show. Good enough not to get canceled, won't be a hit till the showrunner is ousted and the branding changed.

Griffin ain't going anywhere.

He has a few years till the actual hometown team comes calling.

Just caught the highlights of Griffin... holy shit man. That dunk on Gallo was sinister. Blake is a god damn monster.

And lmfao@ the Heat. Dagger right down LeBron's fucking throat! So perfect :lol

Irving's the guy I want, but you're right, it'll probably take a top 2 pick to get him. GMs finally figured out it's a guard's league, the days of Chris Paul going 4th are probably over.

Its the truth. With no hand checking and the way the game is called you need guys that have the ability to get to the line 5+ times a game.

Any perimeter player that doesn't show the ability to create in some manner is a guy you should be cautious of.

And for bigs they have to board and have touch around the basket.

Caught up on all the Griffin highlites, damn. He might be the first dunker to scare people since young Amar'e or Vince. Eventually dudes are going to stop challenging him at the rim to avoid getting banged on.

Teams are better off securing the wing(s) first and then going for bigs. Look at the lakers, celtics and even a team like the Warriors. Get some perimeter players first and then some bigs and you will have a team that has a shot at the playoffs.

Irving is a beast and will be the truth on the next level, watched him play with my cousin on st. pats and you knew from the get go he was NBA ready.

EDIT:

SHIT BLAKE... FUCK SHIT

I really wish that kid had some real talent around him.. with a legit scorer... sort of wish that Melo would just go there.. shit

I love how you keep judging the guys killer instinct based on high school showcase games....

oh, and Lebron has the lateral quickness of a horse. you don't need it at all in the nba anymore unless you're primarily a defensive player.
