As someone who has played a lot of Halo, I can confirm this is true. Several parts had me nostalgic.

I still don't get why Bungie doesn't just hedge their bets and say it's going to be 6 hours of maintenance time. Then when it only takes 4, they're done "early" and people aren't pissed. This happens routinely with like every maintenance they do.

The mission where you clear the two bridges with a tank was nearly identical to the one in Halo. I recognized it immediately.

A new race would be nice. I think i've seen enough off the Hive and we sent both Crota and Oryx into oblivion so there isn't real reason for them to be in D2 I think. Perhaps if they're going to deal with the Ahamkara or something. Thrall okay, try the Tractor Cannon on them.

Fallen are okay, they've been shafted in D1 with just a survival mode. No fallen Raid yet.

I hated the Cabal in D1 (though satisfying to headshot) but I think they're fine in D2. Also helps that my Skyburner's Oath ignores those fucking shields lol.

I've just now finished Yakuza 0's two final chapters after not playing for months.
I'm almost crying at some of the scenes. Shows you how incredible that games is. All it took is 5 minutes and they had me again.

Dude you're totally right, they redesigned knights but besides that there isn't anything new. I guess shriekers got reworked but that's it. Same for the Taken (who I do hate fighting, they're just annoying).
