No he shouldn't , and no it isn't.

Yes he should, and yes it is.

The way things are going now, the Spurs could break the 72 win record and the only individual award they would get is one all-star (non-starter) appearance. Thats fucking stupid.

Yeah, not gay but I know a pretty guy when I see one. :lol
Oh, I thought you were from some other posts I saw. Didn't you post something in the Fleshlight thread?

Edit: Yep.
TylerD said:
Wow, this much craziness about the Fleshlight? Just imagine if this was about the Aneros prostate massager. Aneros + Fleshlight = feels really good man.
You could see how someone could get the wrong idea from that post. :lol

My bad.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Can't say too much for Pimp in the NBA thread but he was a great contributor to the Formula 1 thread and will be missed.

Yeah, Diehard the extra assist was a douche move and I am sure Westbrook will get his the first time he tries to drive to the basket in ATL. I may be too nice to visit these threads but watching all you guys tear each other up is most entertaining.
Pimp is an F1 jock rider as much as he is a Heat "Fan".

Oh yeah guys, over night i became a McLarren fan once they won the World Champsionship.

Douche.

guys who's hotter Rick Fox or Kyle Korver?

Korver. I'm surprised Korver doesn't have his own line of cologne's to be honest.

Your doucheyness seems to be ever increasing with the spurs win total.

TP isn't the best PG in the west, which is what he would have to be to be voted in by the people. He's also not the 2nd best pg in the west. He's great at his role, and he does everything thats needed of him on the spurs, but the only person you have performing at a true "best in their position" role is Manu. But he'll never get fan-voted in over Kobe.

Duncans going along quietly, but effeciently. TP is having a good season, but his start to last year was better. George hill is still a role player, the biggest increase for the spurs has come in richard jefferson not being complete ass. You still run a undersized C with no ACL's as your starter, and matt bonner off the bench with significant minutes. Splitter has been as much help a a stiff breeze.

Don't say this too loud, it ruins dreams.

And I'm late, but Fisher is untouchable, period.

O Rox-age, I ended up at the same New Year's party with Brooks and Lowry. It was pretty cool to see em together, seemed like they were great friends. Talked to em for a bit, didn't want to take a pic with em til the gf finally found me (we had went to the side end of the bar to talk) at which point she freaked and had, had to have a picture. Which they were cool with.

Hill showed up later, but I've met him a few times at my gym so that wasn't as exciting.:lol

We're back to 500 as a team, and I literally asked (after hearing lowry call him AB) "Yo AB, hows the teams swagger after last month". To which he did the dougie. Too Awesome.

Btw, lowry was with a baaaaad honey. I mean, I didn't know he could hook em like that.

he probably can't, but his money can.

Guards:
Manu Ginobili
Kobe Bryant
Russell Westbrook
Chris Paul
Tony Parker
Deron Williams

Forwards:
Dirk Nowitzki
Pau Gasol
Carmelo Anthony
Kevin Durant
Blake Griffin/Kevin Love

Center:
Tim Duncan

Thats a fine all-star selection. You don't want Tony because it'd have to be over Nash. But really, Monta deserves it more than Nash too. Phoenix isn't good enough this year for Nash to get it, and I think its time for you to come to terms with it.

Yep, I was just trying to highlight the silliness and overreacting about a male sex toy. That was a fun thread. I can see where you might get the wrong idea about my sexual pref though.

back OT: I hope the perimeter D shows up tonight.

Yo Thunder-age, chill out about tonight. You guys played yesterday. The game is in San Antonio. Tony Parker got laid last night at a New Year's Eve party. You guys have no chance. Shits over.

Just worry about the next game...this ones over before it begins.

Yea, you go? Was a pretty good time actually, so was the place across the hall from it.

And AB had the fitted cap with big rim glasses going. Gave him props, told me he liked my sweater. A little hipster love goin on. :lol

Yes... We're playing better recently, but I just don't think our overall team D is good enough to stop the Spurs. They murder us on the offensive glass every time, especially with Blair.

Don't hate on me for truth bombs guy. TD isn't listed at C. So No.

TP better than Nash this season? nup. Deron, Kobe, Manu, CP3 & Monta are the best 5 guards in the west at the moment.

Nash won't make it cause the suns are shit this year, Andre miller is have a helluva year and should almost be in the running for the MVP for what he's doing in portland. Steph curry if he could stay on the court would probably be right up there too.

If i had to pick 2 forwards this year, it's probably Dirk and either melo/KD. But Dirk hands down.

The best C out west has been chandler, and that says a lot. But camby was playing well and so is Marc.

R.I.P to Pimp, He was always a Heat nut, but I'll miss that crazy fool, I trust he still has his Alt account though.

Oh and the Mia vs GS game will be close the entire 1st half like always, what happens in the 2nd half, nobody knows.

nah, was going to but ended up going someplace else downtown. good to see lowry and brooks are cool off the court, with the whole contract situation and lowry starting (right now) etc

Are there any sites that host NBA game streams? Not sure I should be asking this, but it seems like only half of the Wolves games are televised. Can't make it to the game tonight so....

#Twolves @j_flynn is out for tonight's game vs New Jersey with a sprained R ankle. Flynn will test it in practice tom & is day-to-day.
Anybody want a sub 6 foot point guard, who can't play basketball on an NBA level, and now has a bum ankle? Anybody?

The silver lining to this is I don't get to see him play. Telfair!

I'm not hating on you, I'm hating on the media for treating the Spurs like shit (reminder: Tim Duncan has no DPOYs).

And TD may not be listed as a Center, but that does not mean he can't replace Yao at the center spot.

Tony has had a better year than Nash.

And its a joke to compare him to Miller and Curry :lol

We're playing Golden State...We already won

I think it will be close, especially since I don't think anybody on either team isn't still hung over. Shit, I bet Lebron would blow over a .08 right now

NYK might.

Jonny + Memphis pick for Randolph/Something else?

I hate to cut him off before giving him his due time to develop his game, but he's just not looking too promising.

:lol @ The pimp controversy

Maybe I'm missing something, but we call each other douches (and much worse) all the time, so why are mods off limits? Aren't mods just like any other member except they have the responsibility of making sure things don't get out of hand? Why are they off limits? If they're going to participate in the rumble pit, they're going to occasionally get some dirt thrown at them too.

I could see maybe giving pimp a temp ban, but a perma-ban? Plus with the Heat winning I thought he deserved to throw some shit after we all shat on him when the Heat were 9-8.

I mean really, if we're forgiving of Branduil's Moments of Crazy, why not Pimp's? It's the rumble pit baby.

That's kind. Flynn's terrible. They've been running a bit more pick and pop for him now and he's still terrible. And his defense is hilariously bad. That wasted lottery pick is going to sting for a long time.

Be on the lookout for that Werxpimp Junior member that signs all his posts with PAX.

It'll be like John Cena in the luchadore mask at house shows--no one will ever know!

I'm sure only jobber got that last part

As long as we can net something for him I don't think it was a waste at all. His matador defense is terrible, but New York really wants a PG right now, or at least that's what some articles have said.

Rubio/Ridnour backcourt all of the sudden doesn't seem so bad for next year...

He's not that bad. They would have been a little better off drafting Curry.

TCB trying to start the first list war of 2011.

DON'T DO IT, Y'ALL!! BE STRONG!!!

All I had to do was not include Kobe or Pau if I wanted to bait. I'm being reasonable here. The Spurs should sweep the individual awards this year the way they are playing.

Yeah, I kinda agree. This is one of the only bannings we have ever had in this thread; Blackace usually lets us rumble...thats why hes our homie.

But whatever, as long as banning doesn't become a frequent occurrence in this thread I'm straight.

Rodeo Clown said:
How are we defining "that bad?" I'd say he's William Avery bad, but Will didn't turn the ball over at the rate Flynn does.
I'd agree he's not the best, but come on. He's still recovering from injury and it's only his second year.

Because pimp wasn't attacking him for his bbal opinion or something like that. Pimp decided to launch a few personal barbs in there that had everything to do with the way gaf is mod'd and none about basketball, all while deciding to be insulting whilst doing it.

Thats why.

Telfair can't hit a J, Flynn is not proven to be a backup and Knicks have said they want Ridnour and NOT Telfair anymore. Even if an injury presented itself and they needed the 1st to move on Carmelo, it'd be Telfair (or maybe Flynn)/1st for Randolph (maybe throw in Roger Mason Jr. if Wolves throw in another player). Knicks aren't going to throw away Randolph since Walsh had a potential trade with Indy involving him.

It must be depressing to see that the guy picked right before Stephen Curry is way worse than Earl Watson who was signed for just one year, $854k.

Yeah, Ridnour's not going. He's been playing well.

And I think you're overestimating Randolph's value here.

I'm not. I'm just saying if Knicks were going to trade Randolph they'd move him for a 1st round pick rather than a player. Douglas's injury woes (bad back) is why the PG talk has come up. Knicks want a 1st so they can throw into a possible Carmelo deal.

Yes, it's quite depressing to know the Wolves' GM can't evaluate talent.

I'd give Kahn credit. Nearly all of his moves thus far have panned out.

I will say that the Flynn pick may not have been the best, but Rubio is still to be seen (should be good after a year or so over here), and the Wes J pick which seemed to just be safe at the time seems to have been the right choice.

Dorrell Wright is playing some great ball against the Heat...
Back to back game at Miami, hard to think GS has a shot but man, I hope Ellis or Curry can make a miracle happen.
