Is that Hideo Kojima?

Nice win by the Kings. WTF is up with Tyreke though. He's been playing like shit for most of the season. i'm sick of looking at the box score and seeing him only score single digit points on 2-12 shooting.

Injured. Plantar fasciitis in his left foot. He's considering having season-ending surgery on it soon.

Plus apparently he's been having personal problems off the court.

:lol Can't believe some Bulls fans want to give up Taj for that.

He isn't a defensive wizard but he doesn't play like that every game or something

Smh at Phil for throwing Kobe under the bus like that. :lol
Kobe can take it, Pau cannot. The team is built around Kobe and Pau. Kobe started the year playing like ass and Pau was lights out. At the start Phil did not come after Kobe.

Now Kobe is not where he was last year yet but he is turning it around and Pau continues to get worse. I kind of agree with Phil putting it on Kobe to get Pau more involved. Instead of Melo maybe we just need another worthless international player on the bench to keep Pau focused and motivated?

Got Wes Matthews, Wilson Chandler, and Dorell Wright all off the waiver wire. Can i just get my GM of the year award now?

Someone might want to pick up DMC in DCX's league btw.

Noah getting hurt has absolutely killed me in LvC's league.

As long as I make the playoffs and he comes back, I should be OK.

Knicks have no talent on their roster, dude. Drop him and pick up Travis Outlaw. Now there's a loaded team.

I just woke up from a alcohol / peanut butter m&m induced slumber. What did Phil say? Was it in a post-game interview?

Oh wait are we talking about when he said "Kobe screwed up the game"

Felton is a bottom of the barrel pg so you shouldn't be worried. You and every bobkitten fan thinks so.

You already forgot about your list of 20+ pgs that are better than felton and how Duhon is a better pure pg than Ray? How we overpayed to get him because no one would give him more than 5mill? Your team was offering him the same money and he still signed with the knicks. What does that tell you?

Eh? He clearly showed yesterday that Felton wanted $10mil/yr+ a couple of years ago because he thought he was worth that, and then eventually settled for a two-year $14mil contract. He settled not because that was the offer he wanted, but because there was no other offer.

It was either take the two years from NY, or go the Sprewell route and watch his kids starve.

The last offer before he came here was 35mill over 5 years which is 7mill a year. He turned that down and took the 14mill over 2 years here. Knicks didn't have to pay him more to take the shorter years to play for different team when he was on a playoff team.

Is Felton really worth arguing about?

Earl Watson would be putting up close to the same numbers on that team. Yeah thats right, i said it.

That's one hell of a spin :lol

"He had a better offer at one point, but then he CHOSE to play with the Knicks for a lesser contract, despite the fact that any earlier offers were no longer on the table anymore."

Let's put it this way...

"He was offered to be a manager at Cost-Co, but he didn't like that offer, so he chose to work as a cashier at Wal-Mart for less pay."

Oh, and hey, tell me smart guy, how come Felton didn't receive a single offer the season before as a restricted free agent? Go!

Dude was looking at a one year, 3 mil deal with Indiana before New York overpaid :lol

He didn't even get an offer from Charlotte this past off-season.

You know he didn't receive a single offer because? He was the best pg on the market. The bobcats seemed to have been offering him a similar contract to what conley got. And he turned it down.

Now the bobcats are realizing how important his leadership and ball pressure was to the team and are coming to the realization that they should have locked him up when they had the chance. Not even half way through the season yet and DJ can be had.

They fired Larry Brown so that they could keep DJ. He's no longer to be "had".

Raymond Felton signed zero offer-sheets in the 2009 off-season as a restricted free agent.

@ Bolded. We offered that the same season he got his QO - his value dropped after that. You've got the timeline screwed up.

DJ has been MJ's golden boy for a while now. Now that Silas has taken over, its pretty safe to say that DJ's got more value than anyone on the team by far... dude isn't going anywhere now that LB isn't around anymore.

You're a liar. Indiana didn't have the cap room so they offered a sign and trade for Felton. Stop lying. Felton is a much better player than Drunkard and Drunkard is getting 3.5 a year from the magic.

Thank you for your awesome contribution to this discussion. You don't need to post anymore in regards to this argument so please just fucking don't.

Being the best at your position on the market in one particular year doesn't mean shit. Behind Melo and ZBo, Jamal Crawford might be the best FA this summer. Doesn't mean he's an elite guard in this league.

Felton's having the season of his life in the most deceptive system in the NBA, and he's still questionable to make the ASG in the Guard-Weak East. Think about that.

Stop throwing around Duhon like he's ever been relevant...

All it would've taken to make the Indiana deal work was a Nazr/TJ swap or something close to it.

He was a free agent pg so he is relevant to the discussion. He helps set the market value.

What is the timeline of the information you presented in this post?

When were these offers made? Just curious.

The 42 mil was made before his rookie contract ended. The 35 mil offer was made the year after, and Felton turned it down. He wanted to stay, but Higgins never saw eye to eye with his agent and they agreed to the QO. At the end of last season, he fired his agent and hired the same guy who got Shard and Brandon Bass paid.
