NBA Regular Season 2017-18 |OT| KD's chip, IT's hip, LeBron's Sinking Ship

You mean his first 3 years in the league on a shitty team with a shitty coach and breaking like 3 separate bones in his 2nd year? Case closed inspector, Kyrie is obviously a loser and his play in the finals obviously doesn't count.

Post-return Cavs were also like 4-20something when LeGM didn't play.

Kyrie is a lethal second option as a pure scorer, but it is curious that some are expecting him to turn into an all-around player just because he changed teams. That's not his game and has never been his game and he has been in the league long enough now that while he can still obviously improve, he's not going to radically change. If there is an example of a player who suddenly became an elite playmaker in his seventh season I'm unaware of it.

Pat Connaughton playing quality meaningful NBA minutes?!

More points in his first 4 minutes than he had in his first 10 games last year 🙀

Sucks for Jeremy Lin, the guy can't catch a break ever since Linsanity ended. It's like he used up all of his blessings in one go, and now he's stuck in a cycle of bad luck.

Oh, and my Pacers are 1-0. As I predicted, they are much better to watch/root for without Paul George.

Holy shit the Nuggets are so much fucking fun to watch.

Jokic + Millsap is so much passing and BBIQ in the front-court. Then Garry Harris, one of Murray/Mudiay, one of Barton/Chandler.

So much fucking fun

IMO the Sixers really messed up not getting a steady veteran pass-first point guard. Would have been really helpful to the development of their young players and given a softer landing spot for Fultz and Simmons (to a lesser extent).

Also messed up not drafting Lonzo. He'd be really fun on this team.

Celtics are back to square one. Hayward is gone and you have no Crowder and Bradley. Jaylen and Tatum aren't going to make a leap that fast. If you player ranked them you have a top 20 player and a Fringe topb30 player in Horford and no veterans

Kyrie would be fine if Hayward was around, he can actually create his own shot

But now you've got two players, one a rookie who are learning

Horford is meh at best

Yeah Horford has been an issue but im not worried about it yet. Once Jayson loosens up we will get some good wins.

Tony Parker can take his time to heal, DJ Murray is in the house.....

The Warriors are not going to have a fun time going up against a Murray/Green/Kawhi defense. Murray out there with those Rondo arms, what the fuck man.
