I honestly don't expect much more than something like this:
Just an overall overview of specs/features, DS5 looks and features, no final price, and I won't be shocked if we don't get to see the actual console case at all.
I think cerny will talk about Raytracing and the ssd like how he talked about gpgpu in 2013.
The ps5/xsx are a lot more exciting and feature rich then the 2013 consoles.

I'm actually pretty excited to see if they take the next step with these announcement trends and actually show gameplay. So far we saw last gen games from both Sony and MS, showing off the loading time improvements to last gen games. And thats cool. But even yesterday's announcement from MS was hardware focused.
I'm excited to see if Sony does a huge content dump of hardware and some software to really hammer home the power of the PS5.

Seriously though, what is wrong with you people? Microsoft have delivered a God esque console for you lot, if Sony match it or come close to matching it. Doesn't that bode well for you as well given the multi-play development would be more streamlined and consistent?
Besides, journos who don't have much technical know-how have been parroting that biggest leap for next-gen console lies in ultra-fast CPU and SSD, GPU power is tertiary. Jason falls under that bracket, his messaging has been pretty consistent on these lines. Only on couple of instances was he pushed to speak on GPU power, and he spoke how both MS and Sony wanted to toppled Stadias' 10.7TF number, and how both of them were trying to future-proof the consoles by housing a GPU which is more powerful than an RTX2080.
He isn't implying teraflops don't matter, just that in scheme of the jump we are getting, they're aren't as important. Pretty abundant when you read the posts in here, he was right on money about TF being used by console warriors as ammo, I'll give you that

While a 2000mhz clock is possible i think they will go safer now that they know the xsx specs. 2000mhz is a crazy clock for a console that does not really make sense, even the xsx's 1825mhz clock is pushing new boundaries for console.

This is a GDC type presentation so the main target was the developers, so yes I think we should know all the technical details.
I don't think we'll see the actual console either. I think that will come with consumer focused show probably in May/June. Although, I'd love to see it.
In addition to spec, I really want to see some real game play demos of what a true next gen game will look like.

Not necessarily they maybe thought next gen would be 2021 considering they do have a few big titles this year but with Microsoft going first it's maybe has pushed there hand to also release this year, this is what I think happened last time but in reverse, I think the first xbox one was kinda rushed a little although a solid console it didn't quite match up to ps4 on multiplat titles, obviously they had more time to get the xbox one x to market and make sure more of a step up, compared to ps4 Pro, Sony might be building ps5 to be more powerful than xbox series x, Microsoft might still have cards up its sleeve to pull out once Sony show there hand

In my opinion the difference betwen PS5 and Xbox Series X will be almost like..splitting hairs.....
