I really don't see the problem with this. There was a thread showing his racist, sexist and belittling tweets. If I posted anything (barring maybe the anti-BLM stuff because of where I live) close to what he posted on his accounts, I would be let go from my job pretty quickly. All these people did was go to someone that had the power to ask 343 to cut ties with this person so it does not seem like they are condoning his words.
I really don't see this as being "the opinion of Resetera" because all the guy OP is complaining about did was ping Major Nelson and say "hey, this person is saying these things, can you forward it to relevant people?" and Major Nelson is responding that he will.
Anyone complaining about this, I dare you to say various things like what that guy said on twitter (belittling rape, saying the N-word various times when white, various racist things and making unwarranted sexual comments to women) on your own social media and see how long it takes for action to be taken against you

That's not really racists, but it does actually incite violence. A racist post would be something like posting caricatures of black people with oversized facial features or using racial slurs, or posting Nazi symbols. There was never an epidemic of racial violence towards white people anywhere on this planet, but clearly, there have been thousands if not millions of instances of violence towards other people by white people based solely on race so your attempt to marginalize lynching of black people fails the smell test.Only if you're a Reset moderator/admin, it is.

Perhaps the company didn't want to be associated with the bad publicity that this woman's bad behavior brought on. Perhaps she should have simply "did the right thing" instead of threatening to call the police on someone and claim she was being accosted by a black man. Doing the right thing is so easy, yet people some how choose to make their own lives more difficult in order to maintain a false sense of superiority.

And no, a lot of what he's said on twitter is not ok. However people like that have a habit of eating themselves. If he still has that mindset and hasn't changed his ways then he will inevitably say or do something in a work environment and what follows next is due course.
What I don't agree with is this Internet detective doxxing behaviour that has become prevalent in recent years and is being used by these people as a weapon to ruin people's lives while simultaneously exalting their cult. While the words sound good (who would not want to get rid of literal Nazis?) People lost their lives here and elsewhere to stop them. But when you lump in everyone "right wing" you kind of crossed the line--especially given what some people call right wing these days, just everybody who is not full on socialist gets lumped in the same group.
The problem is, until "everybody who is not an SJW" band together around fixing their influence on society they'll come after people one by one, one day they'll get DNS services to ban sites like NeoGaf because they don't fall in line.

I agree. I have no problem with his political views and even agree with the majority of them. It’s all the stupid shyt this guy said that got him in trouble.
This guy can still make Halo mods, but don’t expect to be part of the sanctioned Microsoft Xbox community while also throwing down a bunch of n-bombs. If this guy worked or volunteered for the RNC or the Trump campaign, he would be dropped in a heartbeat. Hell, the organization that I work for is very conservative and pro-Trump and even came out in support of him and if I laid down n-bombs at work or on social media that had a nexus to work, I would get shyt canned.
