UK GAF PS5 & Xbox Pre-order Watch

I'm really in two minds as to whether or not i should pre-order vs taking my chances.

Only thing I can say is why take your chances? With most pre-orders you don't have to put any deposit down.

It's pretty bizzare that they still seem to have no idea of their allocation. Dunno why they're doing it so differently from everyone else.
 
I have a question, do you think games are gonna be very limited like the consolles.

Like there is any risk of not finding any game to buy if i don't preorder?

The gs guy was kinda hinting at that, but did something similar ever happened before??

I wanna se more of spidey and demons to decide what to buy at launch...

There will be no shortage of physical games. Worst case scenario the PSN store is always there.

Mmm yeah, the fact that nobody is doing any form of discount for games means that digital is kinda of a viable way now, except you can't re-sell digital games...

I always prefer physical copies.

Why hasn't there been any restock for preorders already? This is weird!

Were pre-orders only supposed to be one day?

I remember with the Switch, I got alerts at least once a week form many stores.

Question: Does anybody know if Amazon Japan will ship PS5 internationally?

Got one on amazon. They no longer had the DE though. Also tried Argos but it was too late.
Is the pulse 3D worth it? I have an atmos soundbar. It's sold out everywhere anyway. Think I'll wait for the reviews before I go near that one.

I've received my confirmation email from Amazon now. Surprised to see that it's supposedly going to arrive in the 19th November. I assumed this shipment would be later.

Yeah def wasn't expecting to get it at launch.
I had originally planned to get one for Miles Morales but when I heard that it was also on PS4 I didn't think there was any point.
It'll be nice to be part of the day one hype train though. Console launches are always exciting!

Oversaturation of stock. Too many people on Ebay are trying to scalp, so people are undercutting each other, and it's lowering the price. You really want to see a profit? Try to scalp a 3070.

Not a chance that they'll be a shortage of games. Retailers are being exploitative at the moment due to all the hype, I'm hoping that they'll give some more realistic prices closer to launch.

Imagine trying to charge £70 for Destruction AllStars.

It's taking over an hour to beat the sign in queue at GAME's website. Glad I happened to open Amazon at the right time this morning. It's ridiculous.

I'm holding out for Smyths. Hopefully I can click and collect from my local store. Would rather be able to go and get it than it be delivered.

My closest store is Ashford so fingers crossed they let me collect, I have one with Amazon but want a back up option
