What is the status of your next-gen pre-order?

Well for what it is worth, I had the same thing from Walmart with the Series X.
Walmart said it would arrive after the 12th
Fedex said it would be delivered today.
It actually showed up yesterday.
It was also shipped on Monday....it arrived within one day of being shipped on my end.

hm... this is my timeline of updates in regards to fedex:

I believe it could def get to my house by tomorrow which is like 8ish hours from KY if it were to ship today.. but according to this, it just sadly just seems as if it's just getting at the FedEx location and isn't moving :(

Last night the estimated delivery date was Nov 12th but that changed to this when they updated today at noon:

It's so fucking dumb if my package is just sitting insde of that location. it should be on a damn truck right now to arrive to the fedex here tonight and deliver tomorrow... UGH WTF!!!

meanwhile, walmart still lies to me in regards to arrival date being tomorrow and i haven't been charged or anything

download fed ex app and sign up for delivery manager. make sure the address is the same address u used for ur ps5 shipment
 
Just got this lovely email from Walmart, yet they're advertising 4 special time sales tomorrow. This is total bullshit.

Neat. I have a delivery scheduled for tomorrow morning, but I two separate orders from Walmart. One for the PS5 and one for Demons Souls. How do you check the package weight on the fed ex app?

EDIT. Nvm. I found it. 14.8 pounds.

Alright, I am beyond fucking pissed. Someone assist pls.... Not only did I pre-order via Amazon the minute pre-orders went live, I got the email at 5pm on the launch eve that I am fucked! But now I find out my order HAS BEEN CANCELED! Amazon customer service is useless.... I need to know how to proceed here, who to contact? Someone assist pls, I need to know who to call and where to take this because I feel violated.
 
Just checked my walmart ps5 preorder. It says "Arrives by Nov 12" but also "preparing order". No shipping info yet and they haven't charged my card. How screwed am I?

Pretty seamless for me. Download the Walmart app, scan the digital barcode at the Pickup section and someone meets you check your ID and then get the console out of the back for you.

Seemed super secure. I thought it was odd that PS5 is delivery only and Series X is pick-up only. It might be some marketing deal MS has with Walmart.

What time of day did you go? Did they make you make an appointment?
 
Thank god Amazon finally updated and it says shipped, although I still can't track the package with the tracking number on UPS website.

Per their email, pickup hours in my area are 8 AM - 8 PM. I came in at about noon and waited a couple of minutes after scanning the app before someone found me. Tell them to give you a bag to put it in otherwise you get glares from unlucky people as you leave the store.
 
I was just on the phone with Target 2nd level support. My PS5 order was placed at 7:38PM Eastern. I live near NY.

My order is still being prepared. I was just told my shipping label may be created tomorrow.. or.. maybe the day after. That my order is far down some list. This is BS. They also asked me if I agree that it's acceptable that my order be delivered any time up through the 18th.

I will NEVER order Target again.
 
Best Buy has updated my order of a PS5 to shipped and states that it will arrive tomorrow! However, the tracking number is not available yet.
 
**PS5 Walmart order**
My Walmart orders are being shipped by Solutions2GO. If you use the fedex app mentioned by THEAP99 THEAP99 you can check to see if you are being serviced by the same distributor. I am in the South here in the US. This order shipped out of Kentucky.
On track for delivery tomorrow.
 
Aw snap FedEx app just updated my Target PS5 be here by EOD tomorrow!!!

It left a warehouse in Madison, Alabama so Atlanta, Georgia isn't too far away. My copy of Demon's, on the other hand, we shall see.

Received my xbox series x and now installing games,my ps 5 has been shipped and will get it Friday ,which I'm ok with since I'll be working and won't have time.
