I don't know, the only thing I even know him from (besides the memes here) is some commercial for I-don't-remember-what when he was badgering some dude who was working out with the now famous "another one" saying. 🤷‍♂️
 
Why are some of y'all so triggered by DJ Khaled? For years the dude has been notorious for saying ridiculous quotes that became memes. That's really it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

There's no obsession, it's just sometimes a meme/gif just works.
 
As somebody mentioned above the meme came out of Digital Foundry console version comparison threads at the start of the gen.

And it is just a funny inside joke on Gaf now.

Good answer, but I have to throw in that "Another One" is actually originally Notorious B.I.G's catchphrase which he used throughout all remixes and tracks he did for the same reason.
 
As far as I can tell he has no perceivable talent and is backed by big Saudi money, maybe I'm wrong, but his presence does nothing either for the sake of entertainment or for music.

Having also seen him speak on some music-gameshow, he's clearly as intelligently limited as his catch phrase is

Not everyone is obsesed with him lol. Its actually getting tiresome, compare to the infamous Bandera's gif that brought up some hilarious edits at the time.
The gif started with the launch games being better on PS5 in some way, but now the gifs are used for basically anything now. :messenger_tears_of_joy:
