It is, but it's also a demonstration of the next-generation of game technology (and, given the download size of the demo, potentially a lot of graphic assets to deliver something that looks pretty good on your home console, if you have one.) It might possibly be a big deal, even though we've seen a little bit of UE5 work tonight.

...It'll also be playable as soon as the show ends, so while I agree, I want something I don't know about to close, it makes sense to say, "Ok, show's over, now go check this out in your own home..."
