Focus of this stream will be on four games: Redfall, Minecraft, ESO Online and Forza. Also focus on Game Pass titles for February.

To dedicate the proper amount of time for a deep dive into Bethesda Game Studios' Starfield, a standalone show is in the works.

Xbox and Bethesda will present a Developer_Direct on Wednesday, January 25, providing fans with an inside look at some of the games coming to Xbox, PC and Game Pass over the next few months.

Presented by the game creators themselves from studios including Arkane Austin, Mojang Studios, Turn 10 Studios, and ZeniMax Online Studios, the Developer_Direct will focus on big features, extended gameplay showcases, and the latest info for Xbox games launching in the next few months, including The Elder Scrolls Online, Forza Motorsport, Minecraft Legends, and Redfall.

To dedicate the proper amount of time for a deep dive into Bethesda Game Studios' Starfield, a standalone show is in the works.

Fans should tune in on Xbox channels (Twitch, YouTube) and Bethesda channels (Twitch, YouTube) at 12pm PT/3pm ET, January 25 to see all the latest on:

  • The Elder Scrolls Online: Studio Director Matt Firor will unveil 2023's major Chapter update, including the latest regions of Tamriel to become playable in ESO, as well as a major new feature coming in the game's biggest update this year. The Developer_Direct will be immediately followed by the full, standalone ESO Chapter Reveal Event, hosted by Zenimax Online Studios, which will provide all the in-depth details ESO players will be keen to know.
  • Forza Motorsport: The team at Turn 10 Studios have been hard at work, bringing fans the next generation of Forza Motorsport, built from the ground up to take advantage of Xbox Series X|S. Forza Motorsport is back, and we can't wait to share more gameplay and exciting new details.
  • Minecraft Legends: Mojang Studios will showcase an insider's look into the PvP multiplayer experience in Minecraft Legends – the upcoming action-strategy game from the makers of Minecraft. Developed in partnership with Blackbird Interactive and launching this spring, don't miss exclusive gameplay footage at the Developer_Direct.
  • Redfall: The minds behind Dishonored and Prey, Arkane Austin, will showcase several minutes of gameplay from their upcoming FPS. The Developer_Direct will reveal single and multiplayer gameplay, showing more of how you and your friends will take down bloodthirsty Vampires on the picturesque island of Redfall, Massachusetts. Fans can expect to learn more about combat, customization, bosses, the open world, and mor

I know people tend to shit on Jez here but I mean, him and grub gotta solid ass track record with this stuff, can't argue with the results ya know.

Just gonna check out the Redfall part. I enjoy Horizon but I suck at Forza Motorsport/the sim stuff - prolly only look at the prettyp ics yall take of it lol

This is definitely a smaller, Nintendo Direct/State of Play level event, so expectations should be set accordingly.

Looking forward to seeing more on Forza/Minecraft/Redfall though!

Still wish they'd show off this fucking halo battle royale (tatanka from certain affinity) for infinite instead elder scrolls online… or just both, like wtf 343. They finally are done with half/year spaced out seasons, figured they'd show SOMETHING because I don't think a battle royale mode is E3 worthy

Can we just skip this and go right to the Starfield showcase?

I'm excited to get my hands on Forza, Minecraft, and to a lesser extent Redfall. Not sure I need a deep dive on these as much as release dates, though.

I always enjoy a good games presentation, Unless it is bad then I do not enjoy it.
Aren't "deep dives/ extended gameplay" showings those shows that spend way too much time on all games and even make the good ones appear boring? I can't stand marketing fluff from overly enthusiastic presenters and a group of devs circle jerking for their own game for 5 or 10 minutes. That length is reserved for reviews that actually say good and bad stuff about the game.

Where are properly tight shows, that are only accompanied by deep dive things afterwards?

Redfall deep dive won't hurt as it seems that people are still confused about what kind of a game it really is.

Sounds good to me. Pretty much what everyone has been asking for. Clarification that Starfields getting its own show as well.

Im sure the usual suspects will moan about it as per

Hyped!!!

Just need that release date for Redfall and im good to go!!

Nothing of interest for me , I'll wait till another show. I have to say it's a good job they bought Bethesda.

I really hope 2023 isn't just what 2022 should of been.

Looking forward to it, surprised they won't talk about other Q1 games like Ghostwire Tokyo (since it's not part of GP in February).

Release dates for Forza / Redfall / Minecraft Legends is nice.

If the release everything slated for the first half of this year, and they deliver, plus say one more AAA around November it'll be a fantastic year.

Can't wait to see more Redfall, easily one of the games I'm most excited for this year :)

Looking forward to see more Forza Motorsport too.

& Is it too early for any mention of Tokyo Ghostwire Xbox version? Been really looking forward to this one!

Yeah, even when Bethesda still where third party the Bethesda games where all coming to Xbox, so there was no need for MS to buy Bethesda.
Same is also true for Activision Blizzard, all does games where coming to Xbox anyway...Let that sink in......
