I imagine they made many versions of the trailer, and "This is a Michael Keaton movie" is the least "This is an Ezra Miller movie" a trailer can be.

And it worked, because it looks fun. DC's No Way Home might do well enough.

I would be shocked that they ruined this cameo surprise, but then they did it with Black Adam and Shazam - both movies that were tracking poorly prior to release.
