I think it got two rounds totally about $1.1M euros. Some of it was from their own country, the rest was some kind of European Union grant.

I played the free trial. The visuals are actually pretty nice. Looks like an Image Comic from the 90s. Comic style menus and conversation font.

But the dialogue is probably even worse than you think. One of their superpowers is gaslighting lol. There's not much gameplay. Walking around and choices in conversation.
