Nobody. I was toying with Aloy pics and I just kept changing stuff like her hair, outfit, environment etc until I got a completely different character and took it from there. And added her friend

Sign up for a free account, just tell it what you want it to make. You are limited to anything from 4-12 images in a 24 hour period. I have paid account, €25 per month, unlimited pics and video creation.
You have to be very specific and nothing gratuitous. Although it can be tricked every now and again.
Start by uploading one of the pics I made to https://chatgpt.com/ and ask it to create a prompt for the uploaded image. Copy & paste the prompt to Sora, it'll make a pic as described in the prompt and then start making your own adjustments

Sora seems to be pretty relaxed when using fictional characters. All of the above pics I used their screen names and they were generated first time. I've just asked it however to generate a pic featuring Robert Englund and it refused.
Saying that you just go back and ask it to make a pic featuring a man who looks like Robert Englund it will.
The first pic fir example, I asked it for an image if John Kramer in everyday clothes. Didn't look like him so I asked it for Tobin Bell and it refused. Then I asked for a man who looks like him and there you go. Admittedly its clearly not a perfect representation but its obviously him. You can get closer but you need to use incredibly detailed prompts that I can't be bothered with.
