Self explanatory, yes no both and why.
EDIT: Alright, hilarious responses, lemme iterate here. The simplicity of Skyrim, its constant hand holding and dumb-ification of the Elder Scrolls formula (even more so than Morrowind to Oblivion) set a bad standard as an unintended side effect that other studios followed for the worse. At the same time, the game was big, had a lot of things to do and was easy to just pick up and play with little to no conveyance. Would you say that the possible Chili's/Applebee's/Olive Garden of AAA games was good or bad for what came after?
