Epic Store Free Games

Played a bit of that Jotunnslayer Hordes of Hell.
It's like that Vampire survivor but with better graphics.
But Vampire survivor has a better 'flow' and upgrade system.

edit-the Thor lightning is awful, It kills things way away from you and you miss the collectables.

it was free as a GoG code on Prime. but I don't think it was free on Epic. if it was I missed it, because I didn't have it yet.

Yeah you're right. I remember getting it free at some point and installing it through Heroic launcher on Steam deck but I also didn't have it on EGS.

Panic attack launching Sorry We're Closed.
A message popped up that I read as Sorry we closed your Epic account. WHAT!
Nope it was the standard popup about collecting data on your account.
Made me jump out of my chair for a second there.

There are many people who are pissed about the leak not being true. Their thought process was like:

1. Hogwarts, cool. They are definitely giving away AAA games. What's the next one? RDR2? Must post the leak and tell about it to my friends.
2. What's that, discount Hades? It's some shit I never heard of....
3. Some indie anime game. Fuck this weeb shit, at least the mod of the Epic subreddit is posting no anime penguin memes from the early 2000s.
4. What's this old looking shit.
5. Woke.
4 duds. Fuck it, I'm out.

As for me, I enjoy getting indies, but last year they were of significantly higher caliber. We'll see how it turns out this year, 11 games left.

Picked up Paradise Killer. Neat timing as I was considering buying this after enjoying Seance of Blake Manor, which people say PK is somewhat similar to.

So no more leaks, huh?

If you don't like it you could try The Forgotten City which is another first person detective game. The best detective/mystery game I played this year was a text one called Type Help.

How many Sticks in total is this??

I think today's game is the only one so far I didn't already have. Pretty good track record so far, I'm not even mad.
