🏈 NFL 2025

Same. I had three teams in this -- THREE -- and all are out. The Rams lasted the longest, though.

My Packers were not going to get very far even if they hadn't choked against the Bears. Best I'm hoping for now is a close game with some decent playing/scoring. If it is a 10-7 game at half I'll probably call it a night. lol

You aren't going to stay up and watch Bad Bunny?

I just don't care for the Pats.
We had a reprieve when the Chiefs took over their spot but I hope they don't start another dynasty again.
I don't think they can with Maye.

I think Seattle will win the SB and I almost bet the game wont be close

I am not impressed with Drake Maye honestly
Maye needs more time. I told a friend before the season started (he asked) that I thought the Patriots were on their way back but a year or two away from contending for a Super Bowl. They did not have the strongest regular season schedule but still surprised. I will say though, watching Forged in Foxborough had me pumped. I expect Seattle to win but obviously not the outcome I am rooting for.

Don't like the Pats myself. Seahawks are just not on my radar since I live one state away from the furthest state from Seattle, but I'll pull for them in this game.

^ As for Shadeur, I quickly googled it. One article said that picks are based on a combo of fan picks, player pick etc.... but the detailed formula is never mentioned by the league. They also said Browns needed an offensive player chosen and Lawrence might had declined playing. So Shadeur could had been picked that fits in.

Pro bowl is possibly the saddest thing in sport. Perhaps everybody else declined.
I have never watched a pro bowl game.

But I'm going to assume it's like NHL and NBA all star games and the players goof around not really trying, For NHL, it changed last year when they changed the format to be based on geography to give players a reason to try and it worked. But still no big hits, fights or cheap shots etc... But at least they tried to score and defend. It was similar to Olympic hockey.

Edit: I didnt know till I googled it now they changed to flag football a couple years ago. lol

You assume wrong. It used to be a 'proper' game in which nobody really tried as they didn't want to get hurt. Now it's a bunch of skill contests and some sodding flag football. Utterly pathetic.

Those Guardian Caps make the players look like bobbleheads 😄

I'm surprised this towel layer actually reduces impact damage but thumbs up if it helps the players.

I don't know why you'd fire McDermott just to promote Brady.
Seriously, unless his play calling was hamstrung by McDermott in their last game, he should have never been promoted. He probably kissed the GM and owner's ass instead of standing up to them. Way to fail upwards, buddy!

It's pretty unbelievable dude. Definitely a WTF
I am certainly no fan of Belichick (see my avatar for receipts), but he is easily the greatest coach of the modern era. We can go back and forth of "Well, he had Tom Brady" and whatever else forever, but the only thing that matters are the wins and losses. And that man fucking cleaned up. 6 rings as a head coach, and 2 as a DC for the Giants. Give the man his damn flowers

No question and totally agree! It should be unanimous. This is just stupid.

Bill's superbowl wins is enough to get him into the HOF, his win/loss regular season means nothing. It's pretty embarassing really.

Is Bill about to be acused of taking PEDS or something? It's not like this is Barry Bonds. Bill was a fantastic defensive minded coach.
