Please, no. I bought HoN because it has a full list of champions and i don't have to deal with Runes, Masteries and Summoner spells. I don't mind them making money from skins, but keep that paid champion crap out of this and DOTA2.
 
I've gotten over it, I know I'm a better player, at least a pure 1500 player, so I know that in Solo or Team Queue I'll be able to climb back up the ranks. I just carried a game with Delirium as Blood Hunter, so that gives me further confidence.

You just turned this frown upside down. I've been on a streak with Flint and Arma that put me near 1500 but i'm back to 1300 flat. More pwning and coins to gather. Woo!
 
This morning I ended up carrying two games as BH, played very well keeping up with Procarbine in one as Armadon, and killed a whole bunch of people as Gauntlet in another solo queue.
Feels good man, already on my way back to the top!

There goes my blue name :(. I think s2 saw that Astroboy's mmr was getting too high so they did us all a favor and dropped it by about 100.

At least we won't have to face 1800s now. But yeah, all that pwnage... gone. Although, their post indicated they aren't 100% sure if the data is recoverable or not.
 
I don't know how you drop so quickly. I couldn't get back to 1500s without intentionally feeding every game. My W/L ratio pretty much always hovers around 50%.

Also, sweet coins! I'm not sure if the custom avatar is worth it cause how often do you see the icons anyway?

My GF already hates that I play and can't leave games that have started... We just had a big fight because I made her wait 40 minutes for an oh-so-sweet comeback game with my brother. I'm on the same dark path

Even tho my wife is letting me play an hr a day, I have to take that with a grain of salt. I jist play at 5am

I've spent $50+ on League of Legends.

It makes me sad.

I think I'll buy some gold coins to help support S2. They'll need it once Dota 2 rolls around, more than Riot will.

I'd recommend waiting for some kind of x2 sale, it's the only way it's "worth it" in my opinion. What you are able to buy based on how much real world money you spend is pretty pitiful at the standard rate. My brother were leery about buying coins at all, but we both ended up dropping some money on them when they offered twice the amount per package.

And even now I'm sitting on most of THOSE gold coins waiting for another sale on alt avatars. It's definitely an exercise of good patience, lol.


Also, this "lets unlock everything for everyone for a little while!" is kind of a silly idea. I've seen a Pimp Slayer in every game I've played except where I was playing Witch Slayer. I guess it's a fun way to play with some of the skins you don't have (it's not like they make a difference), but the influx of goofy skins makes me a sad panda. :(
 
Ok guys, my wife is gonna be out for about three hours tomorrow morning from like 9am to 1230pm or so central. THAT'S MY CUE!!! I know its early morning but mrmr I can always count on you right?? :D
 
I <3 in houses--get to try out heroes I normally suck with. We ended up getting enough people for 3-4 5v5 games. Fun stuff.
 
So any mods worth getting? I've got miniUI, Prodex Guide, Right-Click Deny, and spell range indicators.
 
People are working! Wish I could ditch work today though... Inhouses are so much more fun and stress-free. Everyone has a ton of silver coins anyway so there's no pressure to play TMM
