Yeah but it still runs out. Infact by now the majority of affected models warrenties will have ran out, since it was mainly the launch model which were severely affected.bananas said:I'm sure people have, but there are over 50 million Xbox 360s sold, I have a very hard time believing any significant portion of them were people who rebought one after their 360 broke. Especially since there was a three-year warranty on said RROD capable models.

My email password is different than the password I used for PSN with that same email.
Those are the only 2 things linked that a person who hacked PSN would have access too. If you see activity on your CC, call your bank/credit provider...
PSN hack didn't really affect me, certainly not in the way people try to blow it up to be.

I had to buy a new 360 at the start of last year because my Xbox RROD'd and my 3 year warrenty had ran out.

£80 to get a refurbished console with a good chance of the same problem happening again? No thanks.Papercuts said:The warranty just makes them fix it for free. People really love their 360 games and XBL :SAkkad said:lol, wow. So he gets banned unfairly and he responds by rewarding MS with another $300?

Combichristoffersen said:Or people have invested enough money in their 360 game library to make them buy a new 360 rather than a PS3. If I cared about online gamin, and Sony for some reason were to ban my PS3, I wouldn't buy a 360, I'd just buy a new PS3.
There is also no need to feel sorry for the guy. He's been banned a couple of times already, mosly for dumbass gamefaq antics.darthbob said:You don't need to rub it in...
