Hmm, I wonder why he's holding up a picture of Dent.
Edit: I really should go through all the pages before quoting
Maybe I've missed out on these set pics, but the "support" I've seen around him seem mostly like hired thugs and mercenaries. I don't see support of the public, but he is obviously going to have a lot of manpower and weaponry to control Gotham nonetheless. What concerns me about that picture and some of the on-set pictures I've seen is that it seems to be painting Bane as a revolutionary leader who is gathering much support. But his getup seems so ridiculous, especially in the realistic Nolanverse, that it could come off as really cheesy.
Anyone else have similar reservations?
If Bane is indeed working with The League of Assassins/Shadows, Batman's secret identity is probably common knowledge.
Was Bane's connection to Harvey Dent ever discussed? Seems like this would be a significant plot point.
8 years after his death, the people of Gotham learn the truth about their white knight?
Do we have an official theater list for the prologue? I wanna buy tickets in advance.
I hope the movie paces like 'begins'. Starts right after TDK and then jumps 8 years. Also, anyone else surprised there are no minor suit changes/adjustments within the 8 year gap? When I first saw leaked pics of aging bruce, I suspected a gap in time but then reasoned against it due to no change in suit. Would have justified a new toy line. Heh.
Our first best look at what he's got up his sleeve will be the six-minute prologue sequence in IMAX that is playing exclusively in front of the 70MM IMAX engagements of "Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol." The people who I've talked to who have seen the six-minute segment just smile at the mention of it, and I've been told to expect something on a much larger scale than the opening bank robbery from "The Dark Knight" which played in front of the IMAX prints of "I Am Legend." That's going to be the moment where we really get a sense of what tone to expect from this one, and I'm willing to bet it's going to be very different than either of the first two films.
Seems that they already started screening the Prologue

Clearly you havent enjoyed it then.Or where people who are otherwise enjoying a movie can acknowledge it's at least 15 minutes too long.

How could Ellen Page be Barbara Gordon? James Jr. is older than Barbara, and he's only like, 8 years old in TDK.
She'd be playing a roughly 13 year old girl.

Just got spoiled on WWTDD.com of all places about the time jump. God damnit, it's going to be fucking impossible to go on media blackout (trailers aside) for this film, isn't it?

Already shot down
I just saw Warrior. 10/10
Tom Hardy is going to be overwhelmingly menacing as Bane. I think watching him terrorize Gotham the way he does is just going to be gut wrenching. Yo, go watch Warrior, guys. The Joker, hard to top? NOPE.
I've watched Bronson like a year and half ago. That was great, too. But he was much more of a brawler who only threw around fists and kicks. Dude in Warrior, when this guy gets a hold of you, you're gonna get tossed, slammed, pounded and just drained of any ego that's left. You will get raped.Go watch Bronson too
Warrior spoilerBut he got his ass kicked and lost in the Warrior.

I'm also hoping Nolan does something special with the fight choreography. I'm sure he's seen Warrior, so he has to have an idea about using the right techniques to communicate Bane's glory.Yea, Warrior is one of my favorite flicks this year. I just hope that the fight scenes are choreographed and shot well. That's probably hoping for too much based on the previous nolan batman flicks.
It's kind of funny actually, how that happens. Most of the other guys get absolutely brutalized by Hardy's character but his brother manages to somehow withstand him. He did beat that Russian guy. It's still something I let go of because the whole end bit of the movie was just too moving.

Yeah actually, you're right.I'm sure things like choreography were already set way in advance of anyone seeing Warrior.
Yea, people will be happy he ain't so thin in this one.
