Playing around with my new TV.

64" of glorious Charlotte is almost more than I can stand.

Fate/Zero 11 (what happened to 10?)

Rider is truly the best of the best. Everyone else fails to match his awesomeness.

I thought there was some odd faces this week, but the more action-orientated scenes still looked good, so it's not like a massive drop-off in quality.

Should've soldiered on and finished EP3 at the least. Then you would understand why SHAFT is bad.
I just tried watching it and had to stop ten minutes into the episode. Despite the obvious lack of budget and the disorientation that comes from jumping from one shot to the other every two seconds, I started to dig some of the composition. There's some interesting shots with Senjougahara and dickless boy going around the park that keep changing as the pull of the conversation goes from one pole to the other. In another instance they use stuff like object shadows to show how the characters are getting close to each other, yet in another the same object separates them and shows dickless boy outside of the shadow's range, which seems to coincide with Senjougahara finally shutting the fuck up and being on the listening end for once.

The whole way that segment goes is interesting, but I just couldn't stand the round-about way it takes to get to the main point -that Senjougahara wants to show her gratitude to the protagonist in whatever way possible while still being on the dominant side of the relationship. The scene drags on for too long and the dialogue distracting. The camera-work in general is distracting. The fanservice is distracting. The show is distracting in general. Two episodes and a half in I don't think there's ever been a focus on anything. The show is not pretty to look at either. I cannot continue this crap.

My brain is actually dizzy; I need to hook me up on some K-ON! instead. Fucking SHAFT.

Damnit, so either way she's getting some balls? This is BS. What about Golf, can we make, no damnit that doesn't work either. This is why I hate sports.
She could be a WWE wrestler.

Right, I mean, why on earth would a historical documentary about Scottish cannibal tribes come with a shitty action movie? At least it's not weighing on me anymore.

Now the worst thing I own is probably Air the Movie, and I'm never ever going to sell that for it is a commemorative treasure that I'm sort of fond of. Kinda.
Don't you mean that it's secretly your favourite movie ever?!

Finish it. And try EP4!!!!!!!!!!!!

You must carry on.
What do I gain with all this suffering? Why must I shoulder SHAFT's mediocrity?
But you've watched K-On.
K-ON!'s subject matter may not be of everyone's liking, but scenes in that show are actually followable. Is that a word? I don't know. Some of my neurons must have died.
theyre not that expensive
Back in my country the minimum wage is like four dollars a day.

While I thoroughly enjoyed Bakemonogatari, this probably. It's harsh in terms of having a general flow. Things happen, words appear, stuff there, roundabout talking, more text, camera shift, look here, oh god, etc. It's a hard sell to basically anyone who doesn't just like what they see from the start.

Eh. If Air were more like Doomsday and if Yukito and Misuzu, instead of respectively turning into a bird (!) and dying from an overdose of LOVE (!!), went off to become rulers of a tribe of cannibal people in the post-apocalyptic highlands of Scotland...well, then it would probably be my favorite movie ever.
Maybe that's what happens after the movie!
