Jim Ross can sell anything.

It's gonna be dark times when kids don't even remember him and only know Cole as the voice of the WWE.

You'd just have Mark Henry and Kofi tapping out to Abdominal Stretches every week.

AND DAMNIT IT'D BE MORE ENTERTAINING.

I'd have Daniel Bryan and Swagger (he'd turn face) in a team called the Undeniables.

We'd have Kellyx2 turn heel and have it out for everyone including her friends.

And then what do you do after the first ppv of this getting old?

I wouldn't break up teams unless they were getting boring/unliked by fans (that means I'd probably get rid of Airboom).

Mark Henry and Big Show would be a team of heels,

John Cena would adapt the "crazy" persona of him almost never being serious, and just consistently being a backstage amusement than competing.

I'd rehire Ultimo Dragon and then hire Super Dragon. Double dragons

Sheamus and Ziggler and Mason Ryan and Wade Barret and someone else would form a new group called DEFINITION.

Shouldn't you just FE Ryan?

Just watched Raw. The Fatal 4-way was a phenomenal match as to be expected with the personnel in that match. Marked out like crazy when Kane's music hit. Loved the reaction of the crowd when Kane grabbed Cena's throat for the chokeslam. The rest of Raw was boring. No pop for the Road Dogg or Lita- really Virginia? Sigh... I wish I could hear JR's reaction to the entrance. Also, I think there really, really need to be FIRE COLE chants starting somewhere.

I would just make him a manager. He'd be great. Start a Heenan Family-type faction.

Kane? Sriously, fucking Kane? Stockholm syndrome everywhere in this bitch.

WWE died the day after Kaval's release. Almost of the anniversary...
Yes.

If Kaval was around he would've convinced Rey to get surgery sooner, if Kaval was around he'd have feuded with Sin Cara instead of Hunico. Cara would not have torn his ACL either.

Kaval would have prevented Sin Cara from getting a suspension.

Could you imagine kaval in that 6 man ladder match? So much damn potential. Hell, why does nxt still exist? There's nothing coming from it. It just seems like a stopgap between fcw and smackdown.

Amazing fact: The 5th season of NXT has been going on for...

wait for it...

wait for it...

NINE MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!

That's over FORTY episodes. Amazing! :D

At this point, I think they have legit forgotten about NXT and it just sort of happens. One day Vince will come to Smackdown early and wonder wtf is going on before the tapings.

I would laugh my ass off. By the way, what is the reward for this season?

Well, that's pretty much what near-end FCW was. A developmental territory that only existed on TV.

They kind of wrote themselves into a corner with winner-gets-title-shot, though.

I think it will be the opposite. One day he'll see Derrick Bateman visiting backstage after getting FE'd and Vince will wish him luck on NXT not knowing that the show had already ended and Bateman had been fired for months.

TNA spoilers, if anyone cares.

Because some of the segments were taped out of order, it is possible that they might not air on the dates specified below.

Here are the results:

For the episode airing on December 22nd
Match Number One: A.J. Styles and Kazarian defeated Rob Van Dam and Christopher Daniels in a Wild Card Tournament Match when Kazarian pinned Daniels after hitting Fade to Black. During the match, Van Dam kicked Daniels and that led to the finish of the match.

Match Number Two: Tony Nese defeated Zema Ion with a rollup in the second match of their Best of Three Series to tie it at one victory each. Ion appeared to have the match won but he got too cocky with the cover and that allowed Nese to get the win.

James Storm came to the ring to talk about Kurt Angle. Storm tells Angle that there are two places where Kurt can find him: either with the fans or at a bar. Storm talks about how their match was like a football game.

They show a video of Kurt Angle in Leathersport, Tennessee. Angle is dressed like a cowboy. Angle spits beer in a waitress’ face and told Storm where he would be. He also told Storm ‘Sorry about your damn luck’.

Bobby Roode and Bully Ray come to the ring and Roode talks about how he loves this time of year and he wishes everyone a Merry Christmas. Roode says that he hopes that everyone loves the Christmas gift that him and Ray gave last week.

Roode wants Sting to come to the ring so Sting can suspend him. Instead of Sting, Jeff Hardy comes to the ring but he does not go into the ring with Ray and Roode. Jeff says that it isn’t about Roode and Sting, but it is about him and Roode. There will be no suspension because Hardy says that he will win the title in three weeks at Genesis. Hardy tells Roode and Ray that they will be facing Jeff and a partner of his choice in a tag match.

Hardy’s tag team partner comes out and it is Sting, dressed in the face paint. Sting says that Hardy is loved all over the world and it would be an honor to be Hardy’s partner.

They show more footage of Kurt Angle at the bar in Tennessee and he attacks more people and he drops a Christmas tree on those people.

Match Number Three: Jeff Hardy and Sting defeat Impact Wrestling World Champion Bobby Roode and Bully Ray in a Street Fight when Hardy pinned Roode after hitting a splash from the top rope through a table.

For the episode airing on December 29th

Gail Kim and Madison Rayne are in the ring and they want Tara and Brooke Tessmacher to come to the ring. Madison tells Brooke and Tara that they are fired for what they did last week to her. Sting makes his way to the ring but Madison does not think that there is a reason for Sting to come out. Sting tells Madison that she cannot take Karen’s role even though she is not here this week. Sting tells Gail that she will be defending the Knockouts Title tonight. Sting brings out her opponent and it is Mickie James.

Match Number One: Gunner (with Ric Flair) versus Douglas Williams went to a No Contest when Gunner attacked the referee. After the match, Gunner pulled the mats on the floor apart and he gave Williams a DDT on the floor and Williams was taken out of the Impact Zone on a stretcher.

Match Number Two: Samoa Joe and Magnus defeated Eric Young and ODB in a Wild Card Tournament Match when Joe pinned Young after a muscle buster.

Match Number Three: Rob Van Dam defeated Kurt Angle by disqualification after James Storm interfered and gave Angle the Last Call.

Match Number Four: A.J. Styles and Kazarian defeated Scott Steiner and Abyss in a Wild Card Tournament Match. Abyss attacked Steiner during the match and gave Steiner a Black Hole Slam.

After the match, Bully Ray came out to confront Abyss. After some back and forth between Ray and Abyss, Abyss says that he wants to face Ray at Genesis, and if he loses, he will rejoin Immortal. Ray agrees only if the match is Monster’s Ball.

Match Number Five: Impact Wrestling Knockouts Champion Gail Kim defeated Mickie James to retain the Knockouts Title after a mystery masked person attacked Mickie while the referee was outside the ring checking on Gail. The masked person used Madison’s finisher to take care of Mickie.

Match Filmed for Xplosion

Samoa Joe defeated Christopher Daniels with a muscle buster.

That Xplosion match :)

I like the idea of managers in the WWE.

I used to watch Freddie Blassie, the Grand Wizard, etc., and they could really do a lot for weak wrestlers and speakers.

And, of course, not to diminish the other managers, but Bobby Heenan was amazing.

Did Steve Borden show up and tell everyone he was Sting?

Also another question: why does everyone say Undertaker never broke kayfabe when for like 5 years he played Mark Callaway and his fucking wife was his manager riddle me that shit Batman...

Also why would you change your name because of those animal morons makes no sense.

penis

RAW in Miami after Mania appears to have sold through the floor and lower level tickets. I'll be buying my ticket today hopefully so I can get a good 300 level seat.

Edit: Actually, there are still some limited view lower level seats left.

That is ridiculous. JR knows how to capture a moment, and by capture a moment, I mean scream his head off with the rest of us. Compare that to Cole and King two days ago.
Cole does scream - only at the most ridiculous of times (eg. when Miz comes out or when Bryan is capturing a title).

Jesse Neal officially finished up with TNA at Monday's Impact taping following a match with Gunner. Neal left the company after being asked to relocate to Louisville, Kentucky to work out of OVW as part of the new TNA developmental system turning it down.

This is a good thing IMO, Neal was a waste of tv time. Refusing to help out the developmental league is a dick move. WWE has their superstars in FCW all the time.
