Also, OMFG, Kotaku Japan has like 3x as much content as the American version.
I highly doubt many Japanese people care enough to buy American PSN games, considering how little they care about online compared to the United States.

I saw an unboxing video and Dynasty Warriors comes with a paper manual.
It's just Capcom being cheap, Ubisoft style. Actually, they're cheaper than Ubisoft, since Ubi at least comes with a mini pamphlet in color.

It seems that UMvC3 ditched the physical manual for a digital one, however unboxing videos revealed that Uncharted and Musou Next have proper ones.
