Dialogue is trash just like TDK's.
Here we go.
Dialogue is trash just like TDK's.
So you've seen the full movie? You surely wouldn't be judging every line of dialogue off of a small trailer, would you?
Dialogue is trash just like TDK's.
I literally laugh at such criticism, I really do. I can't think of any superhero movies better than Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. Criticising the dialogue is just stupid. No they're not real people whoever wondered that. They're fucking characters in a movie about a man who dresses as a bat and makes my homoerotic fantasies come true.
Bro, no more dead cops, ok?Dialogue is trash just like TDK's.
Ashhong is on the Spidey 2 love train. Awesome news.
*brofist*
"So what do you have to say now, Ms. Kyle?"
"Meow, Mr. Wayne. Meow."
I really like how Bane looks in TDKR. He doesn't look cartoonish at all.
I have not seen the prologue, but I still have no interest in Bane as a villian.
I really hope this movie lives up to my lofty expectations..
i wasn't always here in the mountains
once i had a wife
my great love
she was taken from me
Like you I was forced to learn there are those without decency who must be fought without hesitation. Without pity.
Aren't you the guy who thought Speed Racer was going to be significantly better than The Dark Knight?
I don't recall saying that.
But it was, so kudos to me if I called that.
Wait, did Solo seriously just said that Speed Racer is better than TDK?
Yes.
1. S-M2
2. BB
3. to Infinity. I don't give a fuck.
Those are the only two I unconditionally love, warts and all. Hoping TDKR will join that company.
Man, I just learned today that I completely agree with Solo on superhero films. I came into summer 2008 more hyped for TDK than any movie ever, but Speed Racer blew me away. I still enjoyed TDK, but I prefer BB, and Spider-man 2 is still tops.

Why would I need to when the dialogue is already bad. TDK had some of the worst, most on-the-nose dialogue in a highly praised movie ever. Holy shit was it bad. I was stunned by the very first scene with Dent in court. I asked myself "Are these real human beings?". At least between monologues characters kinda sounded like real people in Begins. Just kinda though.

My man!
I would put the original Superman in the top 5.Loved Speed Racer, dunno if I rate it as highly as you do, but fuck yeah at Spiderman 2- its the best, purest, most awesome comic book movie ever made. Its amazing.
I would put the original Superman in the top 5.
Brofist!Easily. And it seems the Spidey2 love cult is coming out. Yay!

another *brofist* to you, good sir.
And come on, guys. No need to crucify a guy for criticizing the script. It, along with the action sequences, are the easiest and most valid things to be critical about in TDK. I think even the biggest fans of the movie can surely see that.
So I've been listening to Zimmer's Inception score a lot recently. I've really come around on it. Originally, I thought only Time and Mombasa were good and pretty much threw the rest in the gutter. Well, I was wrong there. Its an incredible work, easily one of Zimmer's best. Great from start to finish. I hope he can infuse TDKR with some of its feel.
I think the score deserved a better movie though![]()
Still not sure who was driving the car :lol
I just don't understand what people expect. He picks cheesy lines of dialogue that I will admit are cheesy. But then he may love Spider-Man 2; another great film but with lots of cheesy dialogue. Same with X-Men 2, or the original Superman, or even Batman Begins. If you're looking at isolated incidents then I could find anything in anything.
And Speed Racer, I massively enjoyed the actual race scenes but found everything else outside that turgid. However, I understand that it had a target audience and the script didn't need to be as well written as a David fucking Mamet play for people to like it.
