Only thing is, I'll need probably near 6 and a half million LED's (each third would be red, green and blue). Then I'd need to create the hardware and software to drive those LED's.

I have no idea what the price of an LED is, but I'm guessing 6.5 million of them would be a tad costly. Would be cool to see it built though
