It is relentless.
Ithe plushies in this episode remind me of squishables. One of them even resembles an angry bird way before that shit was popular.
And tomochan is still a voyeur. Bless her creepy little heart.

It's pretty decent and certainly not as bad as what little I've seen of Heroman, DtB S2, No. 6, Gosick, Star Driver, etc.

Jeez, that was a depressing list. To think I used to be a fan.

It was at least pleasantly conclusive and self-contained. I'll give it props for that.

I mean, no doctor would recommend watching Adolescense Mokushiroku at all.

This show is just a class act. The final episode was a nice concluding paragraph to the themes the show was trying to convey throughout. It was just a joy to watch, and I even learned something about bar tending and alcohol in the process. A real hidden gem if I've ever seen one.

Stop making me move stuff higher up my backlog!

I don't think you even need to go there. Based on the first episode, I think Nise will be weaker than Bake in both source material (the opening is arresting but there's a lack of compelling story beats in general) and direction (feels watered down).
