[Nisemonogatari]
So do that too.
Gotta take risks.
For the sake of those odd viewers who aren't fond of the banter or the characters (why are they still watching??)? Not sure there would be much of a reward...

Just for the record: I'm not saying the end result (if one can call it that two episodes in) is perfect or anything like that. But I figured this novel would be harder to adapt into 24-minute episodes than Bakemonogatari (on top of being quite "side-story"-ish, aside from the introduction of a few new characters), and I think they're doing a decent job so far, considering.

Too bad you can't learn to love the glory that is Louise.

Zero no Tsukaima F - 2:

It seems that the story's pace won't let up this final season of ZnT. Because of the time-wasting during the first 3 seasons, there's a shitload of LN novel material they will either have to cover or cut if they want the anime to end the same way as the LNs will. Since the LNs still aren't finished yet, it remains to be seen what will happen at the end anyways.

"L-L-Lemon-chan is embarrassed!"

The Lemon-chan bit was pretty damn amusing. XD But you're right, this season's pace is moving forward. That's what happens since the LN author is supervising.

Poyopoyo 2

No one can resist the Poyo!

The approach of the show to its material is rather disorganized, but it's short and cute so I don't mind.

Nisemonogatari 2

It's probably because my expectations were lowered by the impressions in here, but I enjoyed this episode. At least part of it. I'm not thrilled by way the fanservice is being handled - the Kanbaru scenes were almost as bad as episodes 9-10 of Bakemono - and randomly dropping by all the harem members isn't a compelling structure, at least not when Senjougahara is absent. But I liked the opening segment about the sisters and I'm intrigued by the hints of the big plot that came up in Araragi's conversation with Sengoku, so I'll keep watching to see what comes of that.

The Knight in the Area 2

I guess they're going with death. That works too.
I wish the direction and animation were stronger; it would make the soccer games more exciting and the drama more effective. The story and characters aren't fleshed out enough to carry the show by themselves.

Daily Lives of High School Boys 1

Hilarious. The visuals may be bland, but the writing, voice acting, and comedic timing knock it out of the park. As expected, it's my favorite new show of the season.

I love self-aware "censorship" like this.

Thermae Romae 1-2

Some of the content is amusing, particularly the culture shock and Japan tooting its own horn, but it's difficult for me to look past how much I dislike the presentation.

If you never finished Persona 3, you missed out on a bunch of epic boss fights and one of the best JRPG endings ever. Yes, EVER. The ending of P4 was very disappointing by comparison to the ending of P3. Yes, I got the True Ending in P4.

im not surprised
the game really dragged in the latter parts, especially when you're well sick of the slightly altered tower dungeons
ಠ_ಠ The game dragged in the beginning, not the end.

Persona 4's ending is a prime example of how not to do a silent protagonist.

Agreed. The ending for P4 is nice and all

but man that P3 ending was beautiful.

I tried to finish Persona 3. I really wanted to. It had great premise/characters. But too many BS deaths just frustrated me too much. :/
