Ive yet to encounter anyone who's used a condom during oral. But 90% who use it during anal.

I'm not actually one for fear mongering, I just think the lines we draw when it comes to sex and safety are interesting. Not like I've ever been gettin' any, so what do I care, hah.
Safe oral sex would probably be equal to the downgrade from bareback to safe anal sex. Oral sex with a condom is a total mood killer for me though, on both ends.
I think just like everything in life you have to apply some common sense. If you had some sort of tooth extraction or that week you happen to have a sore in your mouth, the risk is out there (even if I think it's very little, especially in the second case).

is it possible? yes, and there are documented cases, although in the very, very few that have been confirmed, it was said that blood was present. HIV is a blood disease and blood needs to be present at the time of infection to kickstart the infection process. So if you ask specialists, on different sites in the internet, you'll get the typical answer that HIV transmission is possible only in extenuant circumstances, which means with the presences of a high viral load from the HIV positive guy, sores or rashes on both parts, real, active presence of blood in the mouth of the giver and a subtantial ammount of precum or cum so that there's enough ammount of virus. Beyond that, every specialist confirms that the mouth is a very inconvenient place for HIV to even stay and survive, let alone do its thing about getting someone else infected, because HIV is a very frail organism and any substance in the mouth (saliva) would kill it right there.

How accurate would you say my negative HIV rapid test result is 7 weeks after suspected exposure? I know they said it would be negative until after 3 months, but the more I read online, the more it seems like it's just a safety window and that most people have detectable antibodies at the 7 week mark. Does this sound correct? How much more worrying should I do?

Yes, I got tested and it was negative, but I found out that it was 7 weeks ago instead of 5 that I could have been infected. So I guess the longer I wait the more accurate the test results. I'm really hoping this was accurate, I just wanted to know GayGAF's opinion on HOW accurate THEY think a 7 week test would be?
What I need to know now is whether my lymph nodes in my neck are swollen from herpes or HIV. Also, last night I woke up warm and a *tiny* bit sweaty. I know that night-sweats are symptomatic of HIV, but how sweaty are we talking here? Soaking wet? Because it was pretty much just my knee-pits (lol) that were sweaty. I could have just been wearing too much but it's still freaking me out.

Well, first off, you tested negative and at 7 weeks it is highly, highly likely that the test was accurate. So you can strike HIV off the list of suspects.
Second, night sweats aren't "a *tiny* bit sweaty." You'd likely be waking up soaked. I get night sweats whenever I have the flu and I take medicine before bed. I ALWAYS wake up drenched to the point that I have to change my shirt and sleep on a different side of my bed. STDs are scary, but they're diseases like any other, and so I imagine night sweats induced by HIV or Herpes would be the same.

He claimed to be STD and HIV and free. I got herpes so he obviously wasn't free of that, but I understand some people don't even know they have it and never have outbreaks. Somehow I got it. I'm freaking out now mostly because of my swollen lymph nodes that have been swollen for so damn long, and I think they're getting worse (just the ones on the right side of my neck, however). Looking it up online, I see it's a sign of HIV, but it could also be some other things, but my symptoms fit herpes AND acute HIV infection. So I'm very nervous I could have gotten both from this guy. Although what I did was statistically low risk, but still possible.
To be specific to your other questions: No, he didn't come in my mouth, and no bleeding, but he DID brush his teeth beforehand, and microscopic cuts count. And they form when you brush your teeth. So, yeah. The idea of getting HIV didn't even hit me until a couple days ago.
