Sounds like Bioware isn't interested. EA, on the other hand....
You can direct your slaps at Mac Walters.
They probably do not want to make another after what happened this week. Or if they do, they will find another writer(DO IT).

You didn't have a high enough EMS to get the third ending. Multiplayer is not required to get the "best" ending.Yeah, I wish the OP was updated, I don't know anything really. Why there are three endings but I only had the choice of two, how much multiplayer is required to see smokey shep at the end etc. That stuff should really have been updated.
My feeling is that regardless what version of the ending you get they all seem so mean spirited towards the fanbase. I just don't understand where that comes from, and why Mac fucking Walters and the other people at Bioware either didn't see that or felt that it was warranted. I still cant glean any real meaning behind the ending, and it seems no real surprise as the ipad app indicates that there is none.
I got a question for the native English speaking people: Is it really normal to call your grandkid/son "MY SWEET"? It sounds so incredibly creepy whenever I hear it or try to say it aloud.
Tali kills herself in some people's game? What the hell? She did the final run with me and Liara in my game.
If you don't have enough reputation points to solve the Geth/Quarian conflict, I think she does?
Can someone explain to me everything Harbringer in this game? I think every appearance or mention went completely over my head. Or he wasn't even there. Where the fuck was he?

Reall old people (like buzz aldrin) say it sometimes.
There's a point system in play for the Geth/Quarian conflict. Between ME2 and ME3, there are 7 possible points, and you need at least 5 to achieve peace.
If you're unable to get peace, you have to pick between the Geth and the Quarians. If you side with the Geth, they destroy the Quarian Fleet, and Tali throws herself off the cliff in despair.
Legion dies either way. He either sacrifices himself evolving the Geth or Tali shoots him.

Kuchera Effectwoah

penny arcade took bioware's side in something, and mocked everyone else????
slow down i'm having trouble processing this
I liked the endings.
lol @ all the whining.
He is the Reaper landing when you are running towards the beam. He doesn't say anything, but he is responsible for blowing up your shit. Afterwards he flies away and let Marauder Shields guard the beam.
At least provide counterargumentsI liked the endings.

Cool video, until it descends into fanfic and entitlement, embarrassing.Stuburns, you should also read this article or watch that Jeremy Jahn review of the ending if you want to get an overview of the complaints.

From what's been reported, the VA was unavailable.

Ha this actually been reported anywhere? All I've seen is board speculation. Considering they replaced Mordin, i don't think replacing Harbinger's VA would have been a big deal considering how heavily processed its voice is anyway.
AFAIK, there are no conversations with Harbinger in any of the leaked scripts either. Seems like his absence is (stupidly, imo) deliberate.
It's the explanation that I've been reading. So I may be mistaken.
She commits suicide.
It's interesting how the poor phrasing of the dialogue options leads directly to this horrifying scene. You're faced with a choice, to allow Legion to upload the Reaper code or to prohibit him from doing so.
Legion specifically states the uploading of the code will allow for freedom among the geth, and that they will help Shephard. In the middle of the uploading, Tali pleads for Shephard to stop the process, that the Quarian fleet will be killed.
The game then offers the paragon option: Rally the Fleet. This struck me as extremely odd because rally means to incite or inspire or bolster flagging morale. It does not mean plead for a cessation to hostility, which is exactly what happens if that option is chosen.
Knowing what "rally" meant, I purposefully decided against that option -- nor did I choose the renegade option "warn the fleet." And, as a result, the renewed Geth destroyed the Quarians and Tali, watching the horror, kills herself.
"Educate myself", lmao. I'd rather just enjoy myself, thank you.Great post. If you want to educate yourself, read this and watch the differences between the endings
So, when exactly did they decide to scrap the whole Mass Relays doom the universe, dark energy, something, something? Because that would have to have happened really, really late. With a few additional scene and some changes to dialogue at the end it could still be about that. You can see through the paint that is the synthethic/organic conflict that suddenly becomes the point of everything. Otherwise, how is there no way to even mention solving the Geth conflict peacefully, if you do manage to pull it off? It's like they switched focus at the last minute but didn't change everything properly to tie it all together properly.

The indoctrination theory is bullshit proven by LOTS OF SPECULATION FROM EVERYONEThey've already established with Arrival that Mass Effect Relays wipe out systems. So the destruction of current civilization is inherit in all of them, which is why the indoctrination theory has so many supporters.
By now you should be familiar with Bioware's moral design in their games:
Coloured dialogue > White dialogue. Always.
Don't feed the troll, people. Its probably Gabe and/or Tycho. Or Lord Watkins himself.
Definitely.
My stupid brain argued against choosing "rally the fleet." But I should have known better.
Lord Watkins? You've been speculated!
Speculation incoming: All SPECTREs were see in this series die... except for that Salarian oneI thought that's what specters do?

I seriously think it's a smaller stretch that it's only about how the energy is spent in a relay's destruction than piecing together how it's only an indoctrination dream at the very end. They've already established with Arrival that Mass Effect Relays wipe out systems.
