Look into his eyes and say it. Have some respect for a fallen hero.

Dem psycho eyes.

Here's some eyes for you.

Also, as far as I'm concerned, Lori killed Shane. Not Rick, nor Carl.

The amount of mindfuckery she put him through this entire season is beyond ridiculous.

Nah. Lori has many faults but once Rick showed up she made it clear to Shane that she was with Rick. Anything after that is Shane's fault. He even tried to rape her for fucks sake.

She basically told him to stay away and the baby is Rick's even though his claim is just as strong. Was he supposed to stand there and watch Rick and Lori raise what could potentially be his child?

Given what he has done, yes. If he acted like a normal human being then I could see him being treated like one. At that point, Lori knew he killed Otis and that he'd tried to rape her.

I wouldn't want that anywhere near my kid.

He killed Otis to save her son.

New world means new rules. Shane was adapting while Rick wants to sip lemonade on the porch acing as if everything is normal.
Yep. You don't do paternity tests. The mother decides, and the husband kills if a little punk ass gets in the way. And the stronger man wins.

Shane woulda raised that kid anyways. Lori and Rick can't watch 1 kid, how will they deal with 2. The baby will end up just hanging out in the wilderness, throwing its pacifier at walkers.

Shane would have raised it to be a man/strong woman. Rick and Lori will raise it to be a snotty little kid who goes wandering outside at midnight.

Pretty sure Rick gave him a gun and allowed him to stay on look out. I think that's becoming a man. I hope he and the unborn child die, but yeah.

So says Shane, the psycho rapist.

The new rules don't have to be Shane's way. Rick usually found a happy medium whenever Shane wasn't trying to alpha male his solution into the mix.

I need to re-watch season 1 I think. The farm arc lasted way too long. Atlanta was such a better setting for action.

I need to detox it all and start season 3 with an open mind.

Edit: I'll probably watch the pilot to hype myself actually.

I will keep Shane's memory alive in every Walking Dead OT.

The world needs Shanes so that the Ricks of the world can grow into bosses. The circle of life.

Funny thought just now. Shane hesitated to kill Rick and died because of it but had been harping on Rick to stop hesitating on killing people. No breaks for that guy.
