The actress playing Michonne

I like her.

It isn't if if I would prefer this block of television to have a higher quality, especially on a channel that has shown that it can reach such a quality. I would prefer if they didn't air something that looks like it should be on Discovery or History Channel.

Doesn't matter anyways as I was just commenting on the show, wasn't serious. Didn't think anyone would catch feelings over it.

Edit : Odd that someone would white knight for CBM in this topic considering the hate that this show was getting up until a few episodes ago. Do you seriously think that CBM should be protected when the quality of TWD is consistently questioned in this very topic?
I'm not white knighting it at all because I think it's stupid also. It's not like AMC is known for having multiple quality shows air at the same time so I don't care enough to complain about it but it's annoying to see constant complaints about one show in another show's thread. If AMC were to do one change for next season then I wish they moved The Talking Dead to right after the first airing of The Walking Dead instead of making us have to come back at midnight.

Holy shit Ricktatorship :lol

Having him get darker and more of an asshole would be a good direction for the show, especially now that Shane's gone.

Great episode, lots of action. Going to be a long wait for S3...

Awesome episode.

Rick
- Gots yo 6
- Send me a postcard
- I like to expose myself in the middle of a crisis

Daryl
- Broment with Rick
- Dat racism

Herschel
- "I thought he had other plans in mind" Hnnnnnnnggggggghhhh

Maggie
- Great shots and perfect angles in the scene with the car
- Maggie <3

Glenn
- Loves Maggie confirmed

T-Dog
- Still here muthafuckas!
- Dat U-turn (guh)

Michonne
- Is a Samurai (<3) 'nuff said

Lori & Carl
- Lori and Carl going x3 in this episode

So with what they mentioned after, we're looking at either
Merl or Morgan coming back in the Prison arc. I'm really hoping it's the latter but wouldn't mind the former as long as it doesn't hurt Daryl's role in the group in the long run.

Now we wait...

Just now finished the episode and the talking dead.

Hopefully the hooded, sword-wielding person with the armless zombies on neck leashes, means the show may be delving into some type of fantasy element and you some of you nerds will finally get off this shows nutsack.

Alright can someone please explain to me Lori?

Her actions and thought processes make no fucking sense.

Once again another otherwise good episode knocked down a peg by the lori character and the shitty actress playing her.

Ya I didnt get this either. Did she miss the part where Rick said Shane took him out in the woods to kill him?

She's probably dubiously indignant because Carl looked up to Shane, and she respected him for at least.

Notice early in the season

"We are through Shane!"

"What did you just do, Shane? You just shot Carl down!"

But gained several character that are far more interesting than Shane ever will be.

#1: Awesome Rick
#2: Michonne

Yeah we'll see about that one. So far they've been pretty schizophrenic. One episode Carl's a normal, scared kid, the next he's the kid from the omen. One episode Daryl's collecting ears like Colonel Kurtz, the next we forget all about it. I don't think 'Awesome Rick' is going to last, based on 15 minutes from the season finale of the second season. These characters need some motivation behind their actions.

Her reaction was more about how Rick professed his ability to stop it whenever he wanted but wanted to get it over with so he let it happen.

She also seemed to react very strongly when she found out Carl was the one who "put him down" when he changed.

And probably the intense life threatening situation in which numerous individuals she has lived with for weeks (months? I forgot) died right in front of her eyes. And pregnancy hormones.

My reaction to this ninja was OMG that was awesome! Oh...that seemed really out of place....OMG samurai! I think it'll be interesting to say the least

The way they explained it on Talking Dead is she's just sort of in shock, she realizes it's all her fault that she ruined Rick and Shane's lives.

That was hard to read. You don't follow the comics, do you?

The only reason Rick is awesome now is because he's channeling Shane so your point is moot.

I don't look at it like that at all.

Rick will still make smart, un-Shanelike decisions. He's stressed out like everyone else and just had that really sweet moment with his wife.

He's just changed a bit. More confident. They're qualities he always had but Shane second guessed him in front of the group constantly.

No Rick is awesome becuase he listed all the things he did and (in a backhanded manner) implied the survivors were ingrates, especially Lori

Those were things he did by being Rick, not Shane

He makes it clear that killing Shane was one of these arduous tasks

That was a pretty awesome moment I'll admit. I thought for a moment Andrea was having some sort of dream and that character would sort of dissolve into one of the group. That character must be pretty bad ass if she's walking around with two walkers on a leash and a sword. :)

For a moment I thought Andrea was a goner and I was feeling pretty bad for her. Glad she didn't get killed. And Rick finally reveals to the group that they are all in fact infected. Going to be interesting in seeing how certain people deal with that news. Will they feel it's even worth it to keep fighting or will some just give up and not be able to accept that when they die, unless they're cremated or shot in the head they'll become exactly what they're running from.

Guys. Lori is not a bad actress. C'mon now. Its the writing and director that's making the actress come off as ridiculous. (kinda)

But did you guys realize that Carl once again, inadvertently caused the death of more people. He's like a passive aggressive assassin. Look at his kill stats for S2:

- Otis

- Dale

- Zombie Shane

- Jimmy

- Patricia

Your implying the he's been making smart decisions up to this point and he hasn't !

I hated the way she cleaned the sword, barely moving her arm. There is no momentum in that. I can forgive her Reed Richards arms, but not the cleaning.
