While I do think it'll be shorter than The Dark Knight, it's next to impossible that they've got a locked in running time for a July big budget picture, in March. The Celebration Cinema link is bullshit, unless you believe that they're in the know about Skyfall and The Hobbit's running time. They'd be the only ones, since both films are still shooting.
The Variety tweet is probably reliable, but there's a big difference between someone who saw a rough cut going "yah, it was a bit over two hours", and an actual official running time. If the film comes in at 130 minutes without credits (and I doubt those would be factored in at this stage), then it's the same length as Batman Begins.
In other words, I'd be shocked if in June the official running time didn't come in at 140 plus; whether or not that's a good thing is up to you.
If y'all remember, Inception had a reliable "running time leak" at this stage as well..in fact it might have come from Leo himself. It was reported to be "around two hours". Came in at 2 and a half a few months later.
