I was about to say this again, I almost missed those two recently posted vids that makes it seem like Zimm was on top of Trayvon's back holding him down before he shot him, as if he was waiting on handcuffs to tie his arms back. Police training. Maybe he got tired of waiting on the cops, or found out that Trayvon didn't have anything but snacks on him. Could have patted him down and searched him, then though "oh no, I got a actual normal guy. I'll be a laughing stock and probably sued." After shot he had to start thinking of what he could say to get out of it. Pacing back and forward.

Someone stated on the previous page that they didn't believe Zimmermand and Trayvon were ever in a struggle. I then pointed out that there are 911 calls where people state they saw one guy on top of another in a struggle. There's nothing devil's advocate like about that.
I corrected several people's completely baseless statements and conspiracy theories regarding this case on the past couple pages of this thread.
My use of the word assumption in one small piece of a large discussion does not invalidate everything else I provided, such as links to the police report, references to 911 calls, etc.
Please don't try and muddy the waters in regards to this larger conversation.

Uh i hate when people do this comparing cases nonsense. Both cases are sad but lets be honest in this day and age unless your story grabs attention it won't get the press.
The Trayvon story could have been like that for those of us who been in this thread since the beginning it could have sunk with barely a murmur. It didn't take off until it's third week and even then it was only because people were so shocked that Zimmerman had not been arrested and the social networks pushed it on. The James Cooper and James Kouzaris murder is a horrific case and i've been following it as they were brits. And was glad to see justice done this week and that soulless psycho Shawn Tyson get sentenced.
But this Trayvon story has again shown the racial lines these cases always take on. I face-palmed reading some of the replies to that guys post. Especially Kirstens African American/Nigger point

Well the witnesses that are being interviewed on CNN are saying they saw zimmerman on top of Trayvon. I believe them more than I do Zimmermans constantly changing bullshit story.
